Winter Garden Bowl

It's a pretty nice bowling alley I personally do not like midnight bowling. But the staff was very nice that lane seemed to be pretty clean. The previous owners was perfect they used to really take care this bowling alley the new owners seem to not really care too much but the staff that was there that evening was very nice the atmosphere was pretty cool the game I was there with My son

Staff seems to always be having a bad day. It is in my personal opinion that the establishment has never been the same since Carter Family Bowl departed. The staff uses foul language around customers. The facility is not very maintained. Staff needs to be retrained on people skills and positive attitude enforcement. The bowling balls have many chips and blemishes, while some of the lanes are very used and need to be assessed. I would not recommend Winter Garden Bowl unless major changes take place to correct these aforementioned issues. Thank you.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I was with a friend and her children when the lady at the counter to pay for the lanes was being EXTREMELY rude. When asked to speak to management, she said NO. After some more conversation, she stormed off to get her manager, and her manager did absolutely nothing. After being helped, when we were walking away she called my friend “stupid b***h”. We tried to contact them via Facebook, and surprise, surprise, they had the same attitude. Their response was “we dealt with it in house. Let it go.” And then BLOCKED my friend. Is this how you treat all your customers in front of children? Extremely unprofessional. Cursing in front of children or even to a customer is ridiculous. DONT GO HERE.

Soon as you pull up you can tell this bowling Alleys been here forever. Love that they participate in the kids bowl free summer programs and staff are pretty friendly but lanes need some work. Haven't used a lane yet that doesn't need some type of repair. Barriers getting jammed, pins not refreshing, wrong scores counted and warped lanes so balls nearly always rear of to one side. I think the pros here have to be regulars that know what lanes to pick and how to compensate their throw for strikes. We make the most of it as just a family having fun. Love their freshly cut, seasoned home fries- get a large every time and appreciate the complimentary water cups.

Was in there Friday was a good Atmosphere. The lanes do need work .. But the Dark haired Girl with Bangs was very nice and made it a pleasant experience. So All in All was a nice place with Great Service!!

Bowling was fun with friends. Its a bowling alley that lives upto its name. Sticky chairs tables greasy bowling balls and nasty food. Just so you know the shoes were amazing. But its a bowling alley and we enjoyed being with friends. It was busy and music was rockin.

Great alley. A bit older but a perfect place to bowl and the prices are pretty good.

This place smells like mildew, the staff is rude, you have to constantly ask them to fix the lanes because they were getting stuck, shoes were in terrible condition as well with holes. Ill spend my $100 elsewhere next time for a better experience.
