Aloma Bowl

We really enjoyed the time here, for a Friday night the place was full but the customer services still was great, quesadillas were delicious and they have karaoke at the bar area at the time, there's an arcade too, so after we bowl for an hour then we went to play some games at the arcade and after seat at the bar to watch some karaoke and finished our beer. I recommend this place even if you don't want to 🎳 you can seat and watch or do something else while you waiting on your kids or friends to finished bowling

Had a great time with the kids. Prices were good, the place was clean and everything was organized. We didn't eat but the food definitely smelled yummy 😋.. Will definitely come again.

Really affordable place to go bowling. The lady at the register was so sweet despite being stressed as it was super busy, but she did an amazing job making sure everyone around was served. We did not have to wait long to get a free lane, either. We had a great time bowling and will definitely be back!

The front desk workers were efficient & helpful during our visit Friday night. Unfortunately we cannot say the same for the server and the snack bar. The server was busy and distracted and rarely if ever came over to see if we needed anything. So we ordered food directly from the snack bar & 2 fountain sodas when we arrived, then played our games and hung out for over an hour and a half, never received the food or even a "sorry" or explanation, nothing. We had to go back up and get the drinks because they didn't bring them as they said. When we went up and asked for them after 20 minutes of waiting, they acted like we were annoying them by asking for the sodas we paid for. For the food, later on, they just gave the money back by sitting it on the counter so my husband had to pick it up coin by coin. We were polite and understood they were very busy, so it's not a case of us being rude and then someone reacting to it. It was just poor customer service and the people running it didn't care to do better. It was an unfortunate part of our otherwise nice evening.

Had a really good time - fun atmosphere and really friendly staff! If you're not a big fan of bowling, they have pool tables and a small arcade area too.

I bowl in league here and I would give it 5 stars but they are in desperate need of improvement in some areas. When we come in to bowl the approaches and sitting area have food on the floor, and if you know, as a bowler we can't be getting anything on our slide shoe. Next the kitchen cook times. You can't tell me that food that was ordered in the second frame isn't delivered until AFTER the 10th frame. That's about 45 minutes for a snack item. They have hired some new waitresses and the one who used to work at the old Colonial Lanes is SUPERB. The younger waitress seems overwhelmed and frankly has NO personality. We're a fun bunch and if she engaged with us she would probably enjoy her job better or at least come out of her shell. The bar area has live music on the weekends and the bands that come in to play are pretty good or you could listen to the house music playing. It's entertaining.

Val was our attendant who made the party a perfect success. Her service was amazing her personality is spectacular and she was so great with attending to the children's and appearance needs. I would recommend this place for a birthday party anytime, to anybody. She is such an asset to aloma bowl. I need to also say that food was much better than ever expected. Great job Val and aloma bowl!!!

First time at this bowling alley, but wasn't disappointed. Plenty of lanes open, decent shoes and balls. Had a fun time with the family! Would recommend and would return to again in the future.
