Great people and good food for most part ..just make sure ur pizza is cook completely..staff is awesome and will go out of way to make sure ur experience is good. We go quite often. Will continue to go.

I was here at 7pm on a Saturday, there were more employees than patrons and I still waited at an empty counter to try and rent a lane for 10 minutes...I ended up walking out despite the smell. If you want to enjoy a night out, avoid this place, what a joke

Awful experience. Went for a group event. No oil on the lanes at all. Lady behind the snack bar must be the owner because nobody that rude and nasty should still be working unless they owned the place. Will definitely stick to Lake City Bowl. Much nicer people there and much better atmosphere. Will never come back to Thunder Alley.

I took my family there for a birthday party for my daughter. I put $50 down for a deposit and when I go to pay for the rest of the party they only put down $30 somebody attempted to pocket $20 from me. Good thing I had witnesses go in when my wife paid the $50 because someone was trying to steal money.I would have have this place no stars but that wasn’t an option. So if your thinking about going there for a party think twice because they will try to rip you off

They shut down at own leisure. No last calls. Poor service stood at bar for extended period of time and after a crowd formed what looked to be an underage girl served us drinks. Closed at 9:20 tonight.....not the first time they've closed almost an hour early because they "wanna go home"

The website states they close at 10, but they start kicking you out before 9:30. This has happened twice to a group I was with. Also, there mixed drinks is a NO from me. Take your money elsewhere.

“The boss” was extremely rude. Online claims to be open till 10 but starts shutting down immediately at 9 and kicks us out before 9:20. Employees look miserable and treat the customers poorly.

They have wonderful wings and we were able to have a wonderful party with a lot of fun. All the kids enjoyed bowling.
