Chase Bank

(This review is for the Alton Town Center Branch). One other customer in the entire place. We soon discovered why. Employees watching videos and playing on their phones and tablets. Teller told me I had to come back another day to open a business account. I asked for the nearest bank branch that might be able to help, and she told us Indiantown road, but she couldn't even be bothered to look up the phone number for us. Has to be the worst-run bank branch I have ever seen in my life.

The Indiantown branch was like a completely different business, amazing folks, so this some kind of local management issue. I recommend staying away from this branch until they get it fixed. That parking lot is empty for a reason.

Called this branch to ask a few questions about my new chase credit card. The man who answered the phone told me to call the number on the back of the card to get my questions answered. I should have went with a different bank.

This should be a model branch for Corporate. The entire staff is always welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Even with multiple customers they make sure you are taken care of. Thank you Chase Alton!

Went to get something notarized, told me appointments only that day and to come back two days later, no appointment needed.

Came back, said appointments only, come back another day.

Nobody likes being jerked around Chase.

This Chase branch on Donald Ross in palm beach garden is the best Chase branch I been too so far. William the manager makes it his priority to get everything solved in a timely manner and for YOUR best interest. I been to many Chase branches and I can definitely say the team at this branch is very kind and treat EVERYONE with equal respect. I travel just to come to this branch. Thank you William for all your hard work, respect, and loyalty.

So I walk into Chase bank to cash a check and ask about opening an account so the girl who was answering my questions was taken care of the kid in front of me who just handed her 2k in one's. So then some guy comes out of nowhere seeing that the line is getting longer and I ask him about opening an account.... I couldn't believe what I was hearing when the guy slides me a card with a website on it and says yeah go online and make an appointment and it'll answer all answer all your questions on there.... Are you kidding me? you sit there all day and do nothing but eat and you can't answer my questions because you're too lazy to talk... I'm kinda speechless right now

terrible customer service! went into bank with my daughter to open an account for her.When i walked in ,there were 4 employees having a pow wow in the bank(TALKING AND DRINKING COFFEE) .. 2 were actual customer service people and the other 2 were receptionist/host.. after telling them that i wanted to open an account for my daughter , the male in a suit immediatly went into his office and shut the door. the receptionist went inside his office to explain what we needed. he told her its "getting late" (it was 430, bank closes at 5). he told her he was now on a phone call and that we needed to make an appointment to come back another day! totally UNACCEPTABLE!! He was just very lazy and didnt want to help us! Never will i go back to this branch... i will follow up with branch manager as well!!

Immediately upon entering, an employee, Anthony Hughes greeted me and offered his assistance. He helped me deposit a check, deposit cash, purchase checks, and order a new debit card. All was done in under 5 minutes. Anthony was professional, friendly, and so helpful! Thank you!
