Walked in to the bank. Line like always for one working cashier and 5 bank workers sitting around without customers doing something more important than helping customers. I ask manager Greg Phoads to help since line is long and each customer take more than 5 min. His respond was it’s our bank policy and bank is open till 5 pm if I don’t want to wait. Unfriendly and unpleasant manager Greg Phoads probably forgot that his job not to talk down with customers. His job is to help every customer who needs help and his job is to serve customers and that what BOA paying him salary. When I ask To give me name and number of his regional supervisor - HE ASK ME TO LEAVE AND Start threatening me by calling to Police! He obviously know that he is bad manager and definitely not qualified to work with people. I have Never been treated worse. Where is Bank of America standards? How people like him getting jobs. Bank is not the place to wait in lines to get service. Most customers need to be at work during the day and make money so you can put them in the bank. That just very disappointing!

This has been my 'Home' branch for many years and I have always gotten good service here. I have had to wait in line before but the wait is never too long. The tellers are efficient and courteous. I have also needed help from the other bank employees at this branch. They have always taken care of whtever business I needed to conduct with professionalism and courtesy. I use the ATM quite often and sometimes at night and on weekends. The area is secure and well lighted. They installed a parabolic mirror that allows a person standing at the ATM to have a clear view around the side of the building. That may not really be needed in this location but it adds to the sense of security.

Waited in in the drive thru line for 25 minutes on a Friday afternoon only to be told that since I don’t have an account there, I have to physically come in to make a deposit into my landlord’s account. Hence, I did not need to do this 2 weeks ago! Then, I walked in only to have to stand in a long line and wait another 15-20 minutes. Only 1 teller working both the drive thru and walk up counter. Bank of America : you all need to figure this out! Totally unacceptable! Thank God I do my personal banking from Chase and not here. Never again will I ever make one single deposit into this bank!!!!

I have to express my opinion not only from a customer’s perspective, but as someone who works in a professional financial institution as well. I came in to deposit a check for my mother and noticed only two employees working who were both set up in drive thru. This “manager”, Greg, was shuffling his way to and from the teller line to help customers, only to hand their transaction over to the drive thru teller. I had my mother’s account number on the memo line and he proceeded to make me fill out a deposit slip and then move on to the next customer. I have no problem with slips but at my job, if someone doesn’t have one, I offer to fill it out for them or have him fill it out at my station and wait for them to finish. I don’t just skip them. His piss poor attitude was unprofessional in every way. I made a comment how bland everyone there was, with no sense of urgency, and he blandly said “sorry”. He proceeded to act like he was my father by saying I should watch my language (with the rudest tone) when I said “Jesus Christ, you need to hire more tellers and change their attitude”. A manager shouldn’t talk down to any customer nor treat them poorly for no reason. The wait was unbelievable and the overall attitude of everyone there is garbage. This is why credit unions exist; we actually care and treat our MEMBERS like family. Please, if you consider changing institutions, come join a credit union!!!

Worst BANK EVER!! Customer service is NON EXISTENT! If you go in with a problem , they give you an attitude and don’t even try to help. Immediately send you to the phone. How come EVERY OTHER BANK you can go in person to get assistance. ATM freezes all the time! I had to sit at the ATM for an hour to wait for it to give me my card back and recognize my deposit. The contact number was automated and of course the bank was closed. I don’t know why this location is even open. It’s HORRIBLE! Drive thru only ever has one person working.

The worst! The bank lost my check that I deposited and they withdraw the amount from my account even though I had the receipt that I deposited it. I had to stop payment on the check and I have to wait 30 business days to get a new check. Incompetent people! Update... received a letter that they are now taking out $12.00 from my account because they found my check and deposited it...the manager never told me this and the stop payment went through...the manager at this bank is horrible and should not be in a management position...I am still waiting for a phone call back from her.... pathetic!
