First Florida Bank

I am a member of Chase Bank, I showed up there and asked the lady if there’s any way of cashing one of my checks so that I could pay a salesman. They informed me that they could not do it personally, but directed me to a bank I could. Very friendly and very professional and helped me out in a tight spot. Highly recommend them.

Rose Baldwin (Mary Esther Branch) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me with an important IRA CD transfer.

this bank shows it is open between 9 am to 12 pm on saturdays and no one is there it is closed along with all their other banks near my town.
do to this i am stuck far away from home and no gas. thanks a lot liars.

This branch is always closing 30-40 minutes early and won't help.

Greatest bank ever! I love this bank and their staff. They become like family to you. Anything you need they are there to help. It's not a business feel. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants a personal welcoming and feeling of belonging with your bank. Even branches that I have never dealt with in past like Niceville branch or Panama City branch. It is like they have known me for years. I cannot see myself banking anywhere else!

The employees are incredibly nice. The service alone makes this bank worth it.
