The in person customer service is good, but I don’t like how long it takes for transactions to process. Real time updates are important to me. If I make a deposit, pay my credit card, etc I want to see it immediately not 25-48 hours later. I personally use USAA as my primary bank now because of this.

Had a large account with NFCU. Three times in a row, I got literally incorrect information from the people working at home via their 888 number. They don't take calls to the branch; but with some effort I found a way to call. I talked with the manage, and was told to come in and they would handle my issues. When I arrived, although I explained what was going on, the lady up front refused to tell the manager I was there and was told to have a seat and wait the expected 90 minutes to be seen by the next available person. I closed my substantial account on the spot; but it took 3 people over 30 minutes to even do that. You may get a higher interest rate at the NFCU; but you won't like the erroneous, unprofessional, and uncaring service.

You would think if a bank can not keep the atm maintained they would accommodate the customers instead of sitting behind their desks till the last second till they open. Terrible customer service

Typically the lines move slow for the drive thru. The costumer service isn’t bad, I think some of the workers could use more training on the products and services Navy Federal has to offer. The inside of the lobby is very clean and even has a phone charging station. Expect to spend at least 25-30 minutes on busy days and times. Navy Federal is good to bank with, the employees could use some customer service skills and smile even if you don’t like your job.

Not a very helpful place when in need of help. It’s more about getting you out of there as soon as possible and give you any excuse why they can not help you with your request while in the branch. Even to get a credit card replacement, was given an excuse that it was not my card the problem it were the ATMs. Mary Esther branch never again and if the service continues like this, will move my business with another bank. Very disappointed experience and not to NFCU standard I have received at other branches.

Every time I visit this branch I have a wonderful experience. The staff is always so warm, welcoming, patient and kind. Sarah always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of and goes the extra mile to help me with anything I need.

The staff there are very helpful and courteous and friendly. the worst part is the owner of the parking area has let it go to a disaster, there is no wheelchair parking designated area, there are holes in the parking area, and the landlord of the parking lot should be fined until the parking area around the bank gets fixed!
