The manager is super rude, has no customer service skills and didn't want to help my dad she was also talking over me when I was speaking with her. Not even Walmarts manager gave me such attitude. I honestly don't know how she became a manager. I reported her to the district manager of Chase and you lost customers that have been with you for over 7 years.

They’re “upgrades” removed all tellers so unless you can do everything off of your phone they’re simply no help at all. Great job chase. Time to change banks to be able to deal with a human face to face unread of a computer.

If you don’t have a debit card don’t waste your time going here. Ridiculous how someone can’t just make a deposit with a person here. Twice I went and twice “the guy” who does this, because they have just ONE person helping those without a card, was not there. Either he had just left or was about to get there. Waste of time!

I have my account open from 2004 when chase was Wamu, today I 3/19/19 I tried to get money from my account I passed my debit card and Id to the teller and she denied to give me the money because she need to verify my identity,
I have to leave the bank with not money, please I need someone in a high level to contact me on this, it is unbelieveable that I am providing my IDs and I am not allow tu use my money.
Please Chase I need someone to contact me on this.

This used to be an excellent branch until they removed all the tellers. They filled in the wall where the tellers were and replaced them with one ATM. Beware, if the ATM doesn't give you the denomination you desire, the 2 human beings left at the branch will not provide you with change as they informed me that branch doesn't carry any money so they are exclusively reliant on that ATM. Save your time and go elsewhere!

This place used to be such a great experience, ever since they decided to get rid of all the teller stuff. It became the worst chase I’ve been to! WORSE CHASE I’VE BEEN TO!!!

Been a customer of Chase for ever. Walk in today in the morning to get a document motorize. There were 3 customer services rep available, none of them with clients. One saids am sorry we have no one that can notarize your document. The lady next door said, I am a notary but am completely book for the day. I responded thank you. I stay in the bank getting money from ATM and them out side for 15 min, no customers came in. I left and went to TD bank, no questions asked. They motorize my document in 2 minutes. The guy was super nice and professional. I even told the gentleman that I was not a member of TD bank and he said “no problem”. Chase is really lacking customer services these days. You walk in these days, your not even acknowledge.

The drive up atm sucks. Wate of time you deposit your checks and it spits them right back out. Waste of time!
