Me and my partner came here to have a Partnership Agreement notarized, the tall mid-aged, wear glass lady, look like a manager, said that she cannot do it since it's a bank policy even we have account with them for 5 years. We came to Wells Fargo, the customer service there was very friendly and notarized in a minute, without hesitation. The next day we went to BB&T on 441 corner, they did it without a problem too.

You know I waited about 15-20 minutes here. I'm not a customer. Don't have a bank. Went there to cash a check that was made out by a company who used bank of America as their bank. I owed them no fee. They claimed the company doesn't approve checks until the next day but they took time out of their day to call them, be put on hold, and get me my money. Also the customer service was top notch. Not an inch of rude. All nice people. I highly recommend this bank.

This is day 2 of trying to notarize 1 page! Beyond incompetent. They had me seating there 40 mins when I had an appt at 2:30pm so tired of this bank.

I went to take care of something that would normally be a headache at any other bank that I have been too.

Thankfully, Diana, took amazing and diligent care of what I needed to get done. Highly recommend working with this bank and Diana!Ya!

This branch is ridiculous there are 3 to 4 employees doing nothing but only 1 teller to take care of costumers needs and whe you ask why is there only 1 teller all you get bad attitude as an 11 year old customer this is really getting bad customer service is supposed be #1 priority and don’t get me wrong I understand that do to Covid-19 there is a shortage of employees but when you looking at people doing nothing but talking to each other is not about being under staffed is just not caring about us the public tge costumers that make your business!!!!!! This is the worse location other than the one in 441 and Atlantic in margate

Terrible branch manager, I got there 20 minutes before they open, I was the second in line as all the assessors approach other people, he took my name and made me wait while the rest of the people was being served! Bo only they open late, but customer service is terrible, I will be closing my business and personal accounts!

I have been a customer of Bank of America for over 20 years now and this is the BEST branch I have ever been to. They can be a little slow, but the atmosphere is not one of people rushing around to get things done and it is nowhere NEAR as pushy and controlling as other branches I have been to, where they force you to use those unpersonable ATM with "Teller Assist!!" If I wanted to go to an ATM and see someone on a video screen help me, I would have gone through the drive up ATM. Ask for Robina!! She can solve ANY problem that you are having!!

I had a wonderful experience with associate Ivette in BOFA office at Coconut creek. She was very helpful. I could easily open credit account, order new cards, got cashier check just in minute and solve other issues to get a bank letter. No waiting time, everything was quick and smooth. Easy communication. I didn't have much experience with other offices of BOFA (maybe just one in Marget), but this branch is professional.
