The tellers and staff are all friendly and ready to help. My son loves coming to change his dollars for gold coins and they always take the time to explain to him everything; he's 8. I moved all my accounts from TD bank, personal and business to Bank of America because of this branch.

The customer service and care for their clients based on my experience was the worst possible service. Waited for an hour in the line and then the teller did not want to help me. I will always let people know that Bank of America based on my experience employs people that do not care for the customer .

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Teller named ‘ANNA’ was extremely rude and unprofessional. Older African American woman. She said I had to many checks to deposit and couldn’t do it. What??!? I never met such a lazy bank teller and she was very unpleasant and rolling her eyeballs. . I went to another BOA and the gentleman helped me with no problem. She should not be working as a face for the bank.

After the fact that they only have One teller at this branch, they want to put a very discourteous, ill-mannered , impolite, lazy lady named ‘Anna’ as the teller. Total waste of time!! I could not do what I needed to do at this bank. Terrible and unpleasant experience. I can’t believe this is a Bank of America branch. No wonder this branch is empty and all the others are full, nobody wants to bank at this branch due to their incompetent staff. Supervisor was not helpful either. Seems like they want customers to leave so they don’t have to work. Disgusted with this Miami Lakes branch, went to Hialeah Branch after and had no problem. Corporate needs to do something. I don’t even write reviews but I had to say something at least to people who look up this bank to warn them

Unbelievable! Worst Bank of America branch you can go to. Teller named Anna was very rude and nasty and supervisor Karina the same. They do not follow protocol of other banks, they seem to think it’s their Bank. They are happy to leave customers unsatisfied, second time I come in and cannot do banking business. I don’t understand how Bank of America has these employees STILL working here. I avoid Miami lakes branch because I always leave frustrated and still needing to go to another Bank of America where someone else will assist me. 0 stars

after about 10+ years I visited this branch to get so documents (I do everything online) I have to say I was pessimistic about getting any support, these days customer service is a rare commodity
This Bank of America branch really went out of their way not only to help me but to make sure I was not frustrated with waiting so long, they were honest to tell me that I had to wait so the offered an appt for the next day
I went the other day and they were waiting and ready to help with my documents (they remembered my name when I arrived the next day)
I was supported by 3 fantastic ladies Karena Bland, Mariloy Quiepo and the amazing lady at the Lobby that I dont remember her name (she is from Colombia)
their approach and the way they handled the process of telling me that it would take a long time was very nice, it could have been very frustrating but they made it simple and nice
THANKS SO MUCH

they wasted our time. the lady who greeted us asked about our transaction, we told her, she went and asked and said ok it can be done. We waited exactly 30 minutes. Bank employees with 5 people finish their work and go to a room at the back and do not come. I followed this and finally someone came, saying please tell them to come. The incoming person is someone who has just started working and is receiving training. For the transaction, he asked for a credit card or social security card or another identity card, and I gave your bank's credit card. After starting the transactions, they left the table 2-3 times and went somewhere. They were constantly looking for something on the screen and finally he said to me that he needed a social security card, including a credit card, for your information. After exactly 45 minutes, we realized that we were wasted and canceled the transaction. No employee has full knowledge, employees are just filling time.
