Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Absolutely one of the worst banks I’ve ever been to. Considering they cancelled my debit card more then once and never shipped it out on two occasions it requires me to go into the bank to get a copy. I find it comical that a 5 minute process takes well over an hour and 15 minutes. As I’m sitting there I realize they have 2bankers working and I’m being walked by every 2 mins. Somethings gotta change at this bank one of the worst processes to obtain anew debit card if I could give it less then one star I would.

No more Tellers and no Electronic Teller to accommodate your clients at this Branch! You should at least offer one Electronic Teller at each Branch so your clients are not having to drive accross town.
Not everyone uses cellphone apps, so we were forced to park and go inside the Branch for a customer transaction and stood in line for 27 minutes. Two thumbs down!
Final thought: Both my parents and I will be closing our accounts and moving our business to Banks /Credit Unions who are still people oriented.

I read all the reviews and agree that this is the worst BOA branch I have ever been. Today, I waited close to an hour in line. 2 tellers (one was very slow) and her computer kept crashing every 5 minutes. The manager just stands there and does nothing but greet customers. Totally a complete waste of time. I go at least twice a month to deposit cash for my business, and most of the time it's the same issue. I also bank at Regions across the street. Never waited more than 5 minutes there. I will prefer to drive further to another branch, than waste my time at this branch again.

Drive thru CLOSED at this branch. Two stars gone. My teller was friendly today but i could barely hear her bc of the bad acoustics of the building. I asked her to repeat herself at least seven times. According to what i read in the reviews, i was very lucky today as there was no one in line with two cashiers open. Of course when it was my turn, one cashier closed and i had to wait for the next one. My total time in the branch from entering to exiting was 5min. Not too shabby.

Worst bank and branch hands down. Most branches did not re open after covid and the ones that did; is like visiting the twilight Zone. The wait in the branch is always extreme. A couple of weeks ago they closed all the branches in the area supposedly due to covid for a few days without notice. You get there to find a note on door that it's closed. Today I arrived at 4:01 to make a cash deposit that is seconds to process and the flashlight cop at the door Mr. Cabo Justo did not let me in. Even after bringing up the times they closed on us and created huge inconvenience. They could not make a one minute exception. I don't feel they deserve my business or anyone I can persuade. We are living in pretty nasty times and most people want to get paid the most they can wile giving in exchange very little. They don't want to work , help out , be courteous
or professional and today bank of america and Mr Cabo you are the aggressors that need to be shamed.

I only come this location 4 times and should be the last , long lines , only one cashier and other cashier for business lines but they always are doing something like counting money or something in computer but , walking clients have to wait around 30-45 min to be attended,

This location expend 4 times where they need with each client .
I don't recommend for business it's extremely slow make any transaction

Very bad Branch .
They did not cash my check because of one letter different.. from e to i and the manager without any sense he deny me cashing my check .
I wonder why they have 2 stars
