Poor customer service. They lost my drivers license recently. They would not even give me a letter that they had lost it. Manager at the branch extremely rude. She said if I did not leave she will call the cops. All of my groceries damaged, no license with pandemic going on. Did not even give me a call to follow up. Still waiting for higher authority to call me.

I have been banking here for 3 years, all been great .
until the new manager took over ,she is very rude and disrespectful ,she has lower The stander that this branch hade , And will drive Customers away from this branch. Yesterday I was going to open a new account for my Business at Td bank And had such a bad experience that decided to go to a new bank to open my business account . Furthermore the assistant manager at the branch is also a problem laidalys Diaz I understand there is a “Covid epidemic at the moment but you do not need to treat your customers like if they have leprosy. My suggestion to you is find a bank who is more customer service friendly who is willing to reach out to their customers in a time of an epidemic that there is a New World

Unprofessional. They open at 8:30 on Thursday’s, and I stayed waiting at the window at 8:40 with no one in sight. The cash ATM didn’t work for cash deposits either. When a woman finally came to the window and gave me a deposit slip, she disappeared. Then finally another man came to deposit my money. Absolutely ridiculous. There was another car there waiting for assistance with me. I called several times and they didn’t answer their phone either. If you’re having issues, at least communicate it to customers so we know. If you say nothing, we assume you just have awful customer service.

Very hard to communicate, hardly anyone knows what is going on, they make you wait and wait and wait, I had a different perception , but staff just really doesn't care about clients. If you call they will give you the run around. excuses why they cant help you. if you call customer service is even worse.
i have tried reaching my banker since Dec, and every time i call they tell me hes not in, and wont be in for a week. when i ask if anyone else can help me , they will give me excuses about manager being busy and assistant manager not available.

is frustrating. is not that they are understaffed. is just that they don't care about clients.
I don't think they read their reviews, because all i see here is negative about this bank and this branch in particular.

I don't think anything is going to change.
my only recommendation is don't bank here.

I am giving this place ZERO stars. DO NOT come here if you are actually trying to get things done. We were denied service and had the door closed in our faces. By far the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. Starting from the first worker that saw us and fed us wrong information, to the last lady that saw us and denied that we were the first ones there when we had witnesses, all in all we were denied service. Was planning on opening an account with them but that completely flew out the window. Also, if you want to speak to the manager don't bother wasting your breath the manager is just as bad as the rest of her employees.

Rude staff and not willing to take that extra step to help. My husband walked in and before he even finished the manager was saying no. Really Rude and condescending attitude. The branch manager not any better.
Both female manager and female branch manager have a lot to learn about customer service.
So much so that we went to the branch on nw 57th after and complete opposite. The people were nice and tried to help and went that extra step and They did things the other two said they could not do.
I guess that's called being lazy and not wanting to do your job. I recommend going to the branch on 57th Ave if you need help or at the atleast for good customer service!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank. Horrible service from the staff - extremely rude, and very unprofessional. They literally made me wait three hours, just to open an account. Zero stars!

Kuki is my lady. It's my local bank and I tend to visit often. This week was a tough week had to get a few wires out had not time and Kuki helped me out and had me on my way. Always appreciate kind and quick service.
