Branch manager Ana Gonzalez and her staff offer excellent customer service. Very friendly and have always been willing to help me with banking issues. I switched from another local bank and am glad I did. Suntrust Miami Springs is 5 stars when it comes to service and friendliness.

The merging of the bank is terrible. They have been locking people accounts and when it comes to calling a representative while at the bank there is a hold of s 2 hours.

Bank its empty and make you wait for nothing, old balm guy very rude and disrespectful ( probably manager)

This bank is not serious. Last Thursday I went to the bank to fix a mistake on a check. After two hours in the office, they told me that they would pay me the amount at 12:00 pm or the next morning. Today is Saturday and I'm still waiting. That bank is very unreliable.

Worst bb&t bank. Never will go back. They will make you close your account with the bank, because of the staff they have there work for the public. Very rude. Also poor customer service. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

This place has horrible customer service and there all rude. I been sitting here almost a hour and haven’t been helped yet. Every time I walk in here I get a bad vibe. There’s not enough workers to assist you, they will have you waiting for a while before a banker attends you. Also the guy who works there Stevenson is unprofessional. I’m glad I’m closing my account today and never have to come back here.

Fees are outrageous and service is bad and horrible for our city.

The work bank ever I tell you. I have been to multiple BB&T banks at different locations in Miami and sad to say that this is the ONLY bank that dissatisfied me …. Never will I ever come back here again or even recommend someone to come to this bank . Waited a WHOLE 30 mins in the drive thru just within 2 cars in front of me, went inside the ban and waited a whole 2 HOUR just for someone assist me.
