Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Waited over 17 minutes to see a teller for a simple deposit on a Wednesday morning. Customer service kept walking people to the front of the line ahead of me.
Bank has closed it's drive up.
Not enough atm's (always a line)
Understaffed.
Closed the business only line inside.
I am searching for a new bank for my local business.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The only reason I went was because of my boyfriend, but this is by far the slowest bank I’ve ever gone to. I waited more than an hour just to get added to an account.

The branch manger Mack and all the staff when you walk through the door of Bank of America makes you feel like family. I have been with Bank of America for over 20 years. Many banks have come and gone and this bank is still here, they must be doing something right!!! That is why I give this Bank a 5 Star!!!

I'm at this location as I'm typing. There's multiple employees here that could help the customers faster but fail to do so. Their whole structure is messed up. I've actually seen people leave. I'm trying to deposit $4600 short $500 of my monthly deposit. This is small compared to other people. If we all decide to close our account, they'll lose a nice size of monthly deposit due to lack of proper customer service. There's two people at the door and only two tellers and a long line. There's more people helping out with loans and probably new customers than existing customers. This is why many people will leave BOA or at least do not come to this location. I wished we never purchased a home near this BOA.

Zero stars. DO NOT USE ATM. Zero stars for a few of the clowns that work here too. Terrible customer service. Made a cash deposit at the drive thru ATM and got no option of getting a receipt, no proof of it in my online banking neither. I go inside to dispute it. They give me a number to call through the app, with misleading information on a sticky note. "When you call they will approve your deposit immediately". Of course this wasn't the case when I speak to the individual online. Went back to the branch to inform them of the issue. Met with the same distasteful customer service. Get it together at this branch BOA. These ladies are sour. If you don't want to work, call out sick or quit. You have a choice. Clowns. Sour clowns.

Waited in line for 20 minutes just to be told I needed to fill out a deposit slip first. Nobody told us this when we walked in and said we were coming to deposit. Had to wait in line for another 10 minutes.

I have very bad experiences many times with Margate Florida Bank of America branch, most of the staff members are very rude , even today I had bad experience with teller Ms. M , she was very rude to me treated like I am there to borrow money from her , I am a loyal customer for 16 years and been to many other branches never experienced like this , sad but so true !
