Every time I go into this bank they screw something up...then there is no way of getting hold of the manager to complain. She is either at lunch, on a phone call, etc...The other lady there couldn't spell 'Smith' and had the high and mighty attitude!!!...Who would want to deal with Wells Fargo like this when there is a Chase and Bank America right next door...This branch needs to be closed down and another opened with different management...the tellers are always new except one lady with glasses there and guarantee your deposit will get screwed up! time and time again they mess up....Warning...dont bank here!

I am a business operator in Margate. I always do business in this branch. Today I was assisted by Stephanie (desk in the lobby area) and Derrick (Branch Manager). It was a pleasure to have them help me and my business resolve the situation with a deposit. Great customer service!

Araf, the brach manager was not help today. Wellfargo does sneaky charges at midnight and post them on the day before, leaving you no chance of transfer money to cover them. There was a time when one could go into the branch where you open your account and the branch manager could help you with BS charges and truly have customer service, today is all automatic and they are just robots with no power to make a customer happy. The system won't let them, but at least he could make an effort to put it in nice words and be more sympathetic about it. Kareem, the banker helping me truly was making an effort to help me, I could se it in his demeanor. The branch manager had the audacity to stand by the entrance looking straight forward and said nothing to me, after he was well aware of my disappointment.
I'm going back to chase, they at least post those midnight charges on the correct day.

This place doesn't even deserve a start and shouldn't even be in business. The manager and the customer service that work are rude and insensitive , they certainly don't listen to the customer.
If there was a corporate person I could speak to I would tell them to shut that Branch down and fire the manager and customer service people, don't even move them to another branch. According to some of the other reviews I'm not the only person that feels that way. Horrible is there only word I can think of.

I called in the morning and made an appt for 2 PM the same day to open an account. I was met at the door by Kareem who was the person that I had spoken with earlier by phone. Kareem took the time to setup my account and address all the features of the account that I opened. Excellent customer service.

Would really love to get into contact with corporate. There is no reason why a banker should ever belittle anybody and shouldn’t be able to ask basic questions regarding my account. worst branch i’ve ever been too.

Had to transfer money for a house closing. Did it in 2 separate transfers. Wellsfargo stopped my 2 nd transfer and never let me know. I found out 3 days later when the realtor called. They gave me a very hard time with the transfer. It’s MY money why did I have to go thru hoops to get them to tranfer it. Not even corporate would help. I see this bank going down the tubes soon.
