Understaffed and uncommunicative. Had me wait half an hour before telling me that they would not be able to help me for a while longer and suggested I come back another time after having waited. I like Regions, generally, but this was unprofessional.

Banks should NOT be open on Saturday it is a family day and with this age of technology it is unnecessary

Just went in to open a account , 3 guys in there, waited 10 minutes an left.
They knew I was there to open but they didn’t care! Terrible customer service ! That’s the reason probably the place is ways empty.

Been banking with them for 20 plus years and they continue to make life difficult for the smallest of requests. Banking nowadays is absolutely horrible with no respect for how long I’ve been a faithful regions customer. They’ve lost my business accounts because of this

Yesterday , approximately 8:10-8:20pm I went to deposit money into my account . The ATM ate $1,020.00 of my money while attempting to deposit $1,160.00 . I didn’t receive no receipt or anything after my funds were ate. Just a error message on the screen reporting that I should call my Financial institution . So I try calling the bank immediately but sadly they were closed around that time. So the next day morning at 9:15am I call customer service regarding the atm malfunction & I spoke to a representative who did not care to really much help me . No Temporary credit of my funds was deposit into my account although this was not my fault. Her response were there is nothing I can do for you” there’s a policy and you would have to wait 3-5 business calendar days & that the atm are ran by THIRD PARTIES “. She was also very rude & unprofessional. The whole entire time during the conversation I sense her laughing about the situation which this is really sad. & After what I’ve experienced today talking to a representative I would not recommend anybody to bank with this bank in general. THE HOURS ARE ALSO BAD. THEY CLOSE VERY EARLY . If you have an issue you will not be able to reach them til the next morning.

Fix your always broken atm so i can make a deposit. When people work past 5:00 p.m. and cannot go to the bank during the time that they are open they should not have to be subjected to broken machinery especially more than 6 months. I would expect more from a bank located in Coconut Creek. Sometimes when I go it doesn't work at all. Other times I cannot make a deposit because that option is not available. The led display screen has had a black spot in the middle of it for over 6 months and this machine has been broken for even longer. Billion dollar companies with broken equipment?????
