Good bank, good customer service..much more personalize service you won't get at larger banks

It use to be a nice Credit Union.... Now it's just another Commercial Bank with Predatory Banking practices under the Guise of Credit Union.

Worst bank ever, they’re tech is so old you can’t even deposit money on their ATMS.
Too much inconvenience.

Is there interest rates are great they are speedy and efficient and they're always there to help

Always had good experiences until I met the most lazy passive aggressive teller in my life. She gives the place a bad look. The eye rolling for no reason, asked a question and she jumped down my throat. Best believe if it wasn't for covid we would have words.

Bad attitudes, tellers need customer service training
