The only WF I don’t encounter any problems with, staff is always polite and fast! Nadine is by far the best manager and person I can always come to and she knows exactly what to do and where to direct me! Love this place! And will always cash my checks here !

Worst customer service by Tiffany that works the drive through, and the manager Arlene (Arleen) who refused to give their full name. I don't know what company allows their employees to not share their names when they handle ppl finances. I literally sat in the drive through for an hour just for them to tell me they could not verify my check without any updates . If I didn't asked what's the hold up I probably would still be sitting there. I went somewhere else and was able to cashed my check no problem so I do plan to withdraw all my funds and bank somewhere else as there are too many options to sit around and accept bad customer service

My goodness that location sucks in service especially the lady upfront with the braids, she does not know what's going on just do you have an appointment, and to call customer service. Sample Rd Branch is way better please hire, and check on these managers !!!!

They keep a sign on a door that says ‘bathroom out of order so that no one else will try to use the restroom that isn’t an employee. I can tell you that same sign was there over a year ago. Wf should be more professional than that.

Walked in with the hopes to open an account. The bank resembled a ghost town, all the employees were available and seemingly sitting around. I was told they were only helping people with appointments, I asked when the next available appointment was and the response was "I'm booked". Didn't try to offer me another time or day nothing. Mind you, nobody was in the bank and they could've easily taken care of the customer standing directly in front of them but instead opted to stay seated at their desk. Gladly went to another bank and opened an account.

Horrible customer service. They have you wait for soooo long just to be seen to get paperwork done if you do not have an appointment. Just to get one piece of paper notarized I waited 55 minutes. Just freaking ridiculous. Everyone that comes in here always complaining and I see why.

Been here almost an hour and a half. Sent my deposit slip and check since 10am. Watched cars come and go and the teller insists that the cars were all ahead of me, although I know for a fact that they weren't. They are either very short staffed or have no idea what they are doing.
