Last week I had to resolve a difficult problem with my account and I got superb customer service by Bruno Gordillo and Debora Tubertine. They both took the necessary time to listen to the details of what happened and were extremely professional in handling the issue. I would definitely recommend to anyone living in the area to open up an account with Citi as you will receive great quality of service. Keep up the good work!

I had by far the worst experience ever by this branch. Me and my wife had a joint irs tax refund check and we were trying to deposit both checks. Now the fist one was a lesser amount and it cleared. We came back with a larger amount and it had to be approved by the bank manager and it was some idiot woman who was filling in and she told the teller no even after it was verified. So then we left to a branch nearby in Coral springs it went through it was deposited the next day. So I went back to this bank (cocnut creek) to withdraw an amount and the Teller Angela was acting very protective like i scammed the money in there when she asked me questions like I was at a trial for perjury. So I left because i was badly serviced and again I went back to Coral springs to have it withdraw. Then I spoke with their manager over there and she remebered clearing the check yesterday and asked me why did they say no the check was verified by the bank. Believe me Coconut creek will have you go do an interview just to get money out of your account. I will never go back i dont recommend this branch for anyone who deciding to try its not worth the trouble.

2 years ago I opened a free checking account for my 16 years old son. UTMA account.
The customer service rep informed us that this account would be free until he turned 21 years old and since he is a student.

Well now that he is 18 years old, and a Senior in High school the bank began charging him a monthly fee of $12 a month.

I went to the Coconut Creek branch in FL to see if he can get the fees reimbursed and have the account fixed to NO fees for Students. The teller told me there is no one available to help me and the Manager will be in tomorrow. I had to Pay the fee and at that point I told her to close the account.

I told my son let's just stay with Bank Of America, he still has an account with them and they don't charge him any fees since he is a student. I am very disappointed in Citibank.

Better to bank with Bank Of America or Chase. Where there is always Customer service representatives and managers in the branches willing to help you.

Branch hours are supposed to be from 10AM to 4PM (modified due to COVID19). What they don't tell you is that the teller takes an 1h to 1h30 lunch break and every day it is at a different time. So don't bother getting there between 11:30AM or 1:30PM because they won't be able to service you. They are still happy to take you full monthly fee !

Today I went to deposit my stimulus check, and the stuff not polite at all, should put people be more courteous than the ones you have, if they don't like their job should quit or fire.

Not visit the Bank because I do all my internet.
I will send this same info to headquarters of Citibank

Came at 12:10 pm on Aug 7, 2020 because hours posted are 10am to 4pm. These hours are posted on glass doors. Cleaning lady said "lunch". Came back atv12:30 and friendly first man in line says, "they said they open at 1pm". So it's bad enough Citi closed branch in our neighborhood, now they don't even honor posted open times in what branches remain. They can't even manage 1 teller for 6 straight hours. Sad.

I am a citi bank customer and was rejected help after the lady seen me in the parking lot getting out and walking up to the doors.... she closed the gate and told me I'd have to come back tomorrow to go to the teller and make my transaction. Literally walking into the bank and she closed the gate on me. But had someone else literally walk in right before me.....

worst branch... sat in drive thru and no one came to the window to assist. folks like those working at this location is what brings the neighborhood down, I've been to other branches, and they are great. Its a shame this coconut creek location is a disgrace.
