Horrible. Was given burnt wake up wraps. Manager had the girl remake. Was given the new ones and they looked the same. Asked for a refund. Was forced to wait while he retrained the girl and hot new ones. Nasty as hell. New ones are better but had to get it three times. 3rd times the charm

I ordered an iced latte from this location. It was made perfectly. My reason for 3 stars and not 5 is the way drive thru employee spoke to me. She was quick to say good morning when I pulled up but caught an attitude when I asked what my total would be. #1 Please cool it with the attitude it’s so irrelevant to your job. #2 Do people not do that anymore?! Should I just know how much it’ll be? Or better yet, do I as the consumer not have the right to know what my total is before I get to the window? Please re train your staff on doing this for the customer because trust me when I say it matters.

Always the best service in the biz, the staff aims to please an will always be kind to you if you don't eat Pork! An get you a solution. I will only a always go to this one. I am however very sad to see my 2 for 5 deals dissappear. Do you or will you have a reward system in place to help customers save money

The people here are always super nice, which is a nice start to an early work day, and your orders come out fairly quick. Never had a bad experience !

It's not to hard to be polite. Also napkins is a given when ordering food, this is the 2nd Dunkin Donuts that did not place napkins in my bag. It was obvious the cashier was not in the best of mood either, but you ought to still be courteous and lose the attitude. I did nothing to you other than buying food, if you are having a rough morning don't take out on the customers and don't allow it to be noticed.

Always friendly service, donuts snd coffee are spot on. The grilled cheese sandwich is very good.

The staff were very conscientious and they have protective shields up between them and their customers. There are a couple of tables where they allow people to sit without masks and eat. The donuts this morning were extremely fresh and tasty. There were no special Easter donuts.
