Dunkin'

Sadly a very poorly run and mismanaged DD location. Absolutely no one came to the counter within the first few minutes. They don’t have anything in stock and the service is less than desirable. All of the donuts are practically gone and the coffee tastes old and burnt

I had a work event and called the afternoon before to place an order for 4 dozen assorted donuts and 4 boxes of coffee. I was told there was no need to order ahead and I could stop in the store in the morning to place the order. So that is what I did. I stop into the store at 6:30am to place a to-go order and have my husband pick up in an hour. A young man walks up and doesn’t seem to want to take my order. Then he asks a lady if he can sell me 4 dozen donuts and 3 boxes of coffee. She rudely says, “No. No that’s a special order”. Ok… well it wasn’t yesterday afternoon! So I ask if I can get 3 dozen and again am told NO! I walked out and immediately called a donut shop down the street from my office and they were pleasant and took my order for pickup in an hour.
I really do not understand what the issue was. I was there and wanting to pay for items and a sale was refused!
My husband and I stop at the Oviedo location every morning, despite our orders being messed up at-least once a week. After this experience, I won’t be spending another penny with this location.

This is the 2nd time they have screwed up my coffee order. I asked for a caramel craze signature latte and I got someone else's "hot decaf coffee". This is ridiculous! Instead of trying to rush to get people out of your window line, take the tike to make sure the orders you're handing out are correct. Also, most people are rushing to get to work so we don't have time to make sure you're doing your job! Waste of money!

All the staff was friend and sweet they were super fast and friendly but EVERYTIME I buy food it’s always burnt 🤦🏽‍♀️ my coffee is fine but it’s always my food!

Make sure you check your food before you leave the drive-thru… second time in a month I’ve ordered no cheese on a sandwich (lactose intolerant) and gotten home and it’s had cheese on it. What’s even worse is both times I’ve come back to get it fixed, they put it on an English muffin rather than the bagel I ordered! At that point I just give up, but it’s really frustrating! If I had a different Dunkin on the way to work, I would go there.

Everytime i come to this location they always mess up the order... the latest mess up... ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese.... im on my way to work driving on the 407.... goong to take a bite and both had no cream cheese.... cant make this stuff up people!!! Im done with this location.

Decided to stop in and grab a donut and coffee since the Dunkin website stated Veterans receive a free donut. Asked the lady at the counter and she was rather rude and said we don't do that. Ended up buying a couple of donuts but skipped the coffee and went to Starbucks. I know times are tough but Veterans do/did not have that option when dedicating their service for our freedom. I will not be returning to this location.

I took my daughter here for breakfast a few days before Christmas. We both had croissants, which were so fresh and tasty! The person who took our order was very nice and complimented my daughter for her energy.
