Dunkin'

I visit this location multiple times a week. More than half the time I am disappointed. Numerous times I’ve come to get a milkshake in the evening. Most times, I am not able to get one, sometimes over an hour before closing. I usually order iced drinks in size large and almost every time, there’s an inch to two inches of empty space at the top. Recently I nicely said something to an employee and she basically told me the ice compresses when they add the liquid to the drink. She took the drink and added more ice. What a huge waste of money. They need to better train their staff and either implement or enforce more customer friendly policies.

I got the bagel minis this morning and they were super hard and had no cream cheese in the middle I also got hash browns and they were cold. The sweet tea definitely tasted like it was sitting out all night it had a tangy taste of old tea

Honestly the BEST Dunkin' I've been too. They were very helpful and polite with us. They did not rush us to order and they made our beverages on point! Definitely my go-to if I'm ever up in Brooksville.

Please do STIR ppl’s coffee, especially when we are going through drive thru, that is the least you can do!
NUMEROUS times over the years my coffee is loaded with sugar on the bottom which costs me extra time to stop my vehicle find a spoon and stir it like it should be ALL mixed together.
Doesn’t part of your duty to your customers include making sure they have a decent cup of overpriced coffee to drink that is made right? I think so.
I gotta say Thank You, your saving me at least $300 every month now because I KNOW how to stir coffee and make a good cup! 💫✅👍

This location is always busy and I don't mind the wait if they could get my order correct every now and then it would be great. I'm tired of getting charged extra for items and not receiving the items that I paid extra for. For instance I ordered a grilled cheese on sourdough add bacon and yet again paid for the bacon and never got the bacon on my it's not the bacon on my item this is like this 6 times this has happened. But yall are the better location and I drive out of my way just to go to this location because they don't burn the food like the one out at I-75 does but I mean come on get the orders correct please it's not that complicated to add bacon

Every time I order a sausage egg and cheese sandwich from the one on broad st in brooksville I get bacon

I absolutely love going through the drive thru when Sage is at the window, she has the best customer service I have ever received 🙌. I was greeted with a smile by Mr. Josh and Ms. Chelsey. The facility was clean and neat, coffee display full with all the varieties, a large assortment of donuts were available, and they were fully staffed. The manager Emily is doing a great job at this facility on Broad Street in Brooksville Florida. Thumbs up!
