Cold Stone Creamery

Always enjoy my cold stone, me and my g treat ourselves once a month. I had the founder favorite add sprinkles and she had the strawberry blonde with a waffle cone.

Clean store. Great variety. Friendly staff. Love the creations! Parking isn’t the greatest because the plaza is so large. Special perks for reward card

One of the fun parts about cold Stone was being able to try flavor before you buy it. Apparently this cold stone no longer participates in that because of Covid which is foolishness since you aren’t reusing the spoon and the same person is fixing the ice cream. Once again another business blaming Covid for the lack of service. We can’t fear Covid yet open our doors for business.

Besides that the customer service was horrible this is the first and last time I will ever go to that cold Stone location.

Second time visiting and although both times was extremely busy William did an amazing job with my order. Was friendly kind, smiling, and very pleasant. I would visit again if he’s working because although the other workers seemed annoyed, William was still very professional and sweet. Great job 👏🏽

Today was my first and last time going to cold stones. Ice cream was terrible. Very very sweet, and has a flour after taste. 5 of us went for ice cream and we had to throw away all 5 ice cream. Disappointed ☹️.

This is my second time here and both times no one even said “hi” instead it’s “did u order something?” Or just a stare which I guess means “can I help you” I understand times are hard and maybe you get stuck working a job that you don’t love, but at least when you come to work act like you want to be there. This place doesn’t seem inviting at all.

Do yourself a favor and never pick up a delivery from the store. I was late for the pick up the order still wasn’t ready there’s four people behind the counter with one just standing with her arms crossed nobody even acknowledged me I stood there for almost 5 minutes waiting. Screw this store!

I ordered my ice cream and the server just slams it down sloppily on the counter. She just stared at me blankly “like are you done”.Ice-cream running down the side of the cup. I don't know what the attitude was for, but it completely ruined my experience of coming here for ice cream. The server name was Krystal. If you dont like your job, go get another job. There are thousands of businesses that are hiring.
