Dunkin'

Purchased 2 cold brew coffees and they were terrible! Asked if we could exchange them for Ice Coffee instead and was told No Refunds or Exchanges! Asked for a Manager and waited 15 minutes while being ignored. We left the 2 coffees on the pick-up counter and left. The man behind me said that he worked nearby and that this location was the worst. Needless to say I will not bring my business here again. Note! When I went to Aroma Joe's, the service and drinks were night & day and they could not believe that we were treated so poorly. Purely Franchisee Owner and Managements fault for not training and guiding their people!

Looked like only 2 staff working. Line took forever. A few people behind me ran out of patience or time and left. The only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is that I gotta have my coffee and Dunkin taste the best. Will have to find a different location that moves a lot quicker.

I ordered hash browns. There was only 3 total hash browns which were indeed cold. This Dunkin’ is garbage

This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts in our area. Never has enough food in stock and multiple times have been told they don't have items on the menu available. They serve you a large cappuccino and the cup is literally filled with foam and minimal coffee. People who work there seem to not care about customer service at all. Would give it no stars if I could.

Several times I’ve tried to enter into the “lobby” area but all the doors were locked. The sign on the door always says that the lobby is open for several more hours so why can’t I get in? Don’t leave up a sign that says that the lobby is open then lock customers out.
Half the time I go to this location they’re out of common drinks and ingredients like milk.
It’s pretty hit or miss.

Update: Updating my review from 3 stars to 1. This Dunkin is not hit or miss, these past few months it’s always disappointing. Hash browns are somehow burnt and cold AND soggy (yeah somehow all of these things at once) every single time I’m here. Coffee doesn’t get made right like 80% of the time. Not worth it to go here any more.

I've been there twice within 2 weeks and both times this store on Coconut Creek Parkway did not have the donuts I wanted. This was around 1P - 2P. Once I had to settle for a box of plain donuts & the other time I got the last two glazed donuts. I don't know how often they make donuts in that they have run out of, I guess, the more popular ones & nobody ever thinks of making more?

This is hands down the best dunkin! The manager is so friendly and personable… just like the staff! They gave me and my dog excellent customer service. Got my pumpkin spice latte and then some! Lol not pictured is the cup of whipped cream that Cheech already devoured. Not gonna lie, the people working at this dunkin truly made my day!
