Publix Super Market at Coconut Creek Plaza

The sub side at this store location specifically needs change. EVERY single time I go to this store to get a sub the line is minimum 30 minutes due to the workers behind the sub bar. None of them want to make subs and none of them want to work in general. Today, the line had 7 people in it and with one person working the line. I asked the store manager if it was possible to get another person to work the line. Long story short he went to the back of the deli and all of a sudden three people were working the line. These people at this location are lazy and don’t want to work. Choose a different store if you would like a sub.

The store is dirty and it is never stocked on shelves All items in stock room If you don’t see it on shelf and they go to stock room because you asked them to.It will be there. Happened many times. Management is very poor at this store. Wake up no more Covid excuses please !!

Usually this store is great. We tend to write reviews when something goes wrong. I ordered a refill for a medication that I use everyday and ran out. My doctor called in a refill to this Publix pharmacy and I even brought in the Publix website print out saying that I should pick up the medication today. The agressive pharmacy manager scolded me saying that I needed to call my insurance company etc etc. I showed him the paper saying that I was supposed to come in today to pick it up and he just kept repeating that I needed to call the insurance company. So, I left, in the rain, before the hurricane, and went home. Did he say, "I'm sorry for our mistake and sorry that you had to drive here and listen to my agressive attitude even though it was our mistake?" No, he just kept repeating .... repeating...

I thought I would save money and buy a cheese that was on sale but Marie was so kind to give me a sample. Turns out, I didn’t like it. Had I purchased it instead of my usual, I probably would not have eaten it. Thank you Marie for your simple act of kindness. Publix is lucky to have you. Oh and I didn’t ask for the sample, I originally asked for the cheese I usually buy but then changed my mind when I saw a different one on sale. That means she paid attention and wanted to make sure I liked it. What a sweetheart.

It is in a strategic place. The other supermarket near is a little bit far.
When I'm finished my shoppings usually I can pay quickly and go home, they don't have long lines.
The staff is so friendly.

Amazing customer service! Every isle is clean and organized. Even the restrooms are clean.... management should be extremely proud of themselves and their hard working staff!! I always love shopping here!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This Publix had a freaking self checkout.. It's the only one I've ever been to with one. In my opinion, it's the best Publix because of that. I like to do things myself. I don't always want to deal with people. 😂😂💯

Conscientious polite employees, place is always super clean, nice small dining area next to deli for customers to sit. Great!
