David, the representative with whom I had the privilege of working with was responsive, and took the time to explain the entire process from beginning to end. Upon the completion of my purchase transaction, David followed up the following business day to ensure I had no additional questions, and I was happy with the experience.

Some organizations treat you as a number, or just another transaction in the books. This is not the case here. You can hear, see, and feel the genuine care from everyone who works for the company. I say this because I not only had phone interactions, but I also walked into a branch, and was treated with the utmost genuine welcome.

I will be doing business with them again, and would recommend to family and friends.

This is the firs time I heard of this bank and used their services. I found their representatives very helpful and responsive. I dealt with Michael Simons and he was very knowledgeable, and accommodating. This bank doesn’t even deserve any stars. Only been with this bank since September of this year and it’s Worst banking experience ever! I had to call the customer service multiple times about inquiries to my account and I was just pushed to the side. Then I wasn’t even listened to after explaining my issue at the branch my request was never submitted. Even after explaining the situation I still haven’t gotten my money back or honored. Never again!!!!
Each representative I spoke to sounded redundant and lacked urgency. Closing my accounts ASAP.

Not only did I get approved quickly, We Florida Financial make the process seamless, I also got a follow up call to make sure that everything went well.
