I went here with my 18 year old daughter today to help her open her first checking account. We arrived and sat down briefly when a bank employee asked us if we needed assistance. My daughter said she’s like to open an account. The lady then asked if we had an appointment which we didn’t. Then she asked a man that was also waiting what he wanted and he said he had problems with his home equity loan and she pressed him what the problem was and did he call the bank or go online. He then divulged what I think was a lot of personal information sitting with strangers in the lobby. She informed us that there were others in front of us and if they didn’t have time we’d have to make an appointment like they’re the only bank in central Florida. We then left and opened an account for her at the local credit union.
