Customer service people are nice and diligent. The place flawlessly clean. But today is the second time they run out of sushi at 6:30pm, moreover there was a sign at the entrance inviting to enter and buy the inexistent sushi. Prices are 20% more expensive than Walmart in average.

This Publix has the greatest customer service. It does not seem forced. GENUINE. They always have what I need. The deli staff are always knowledgeable. It's on my way home and never crowded. Checkout moves smoothly... Keep up the great work.

The 5 stars is for the deli lady Mesanique (I hope I spelled it right) who although they were out of fried cod, she very pleasantly prepared some for us.
Very impressive, truly class AAA.
Very nice store as well, our new go to Publix from now on.

There staff in the deli are very friendly! I see lots of people working every time I go here. All of the products we enjoy are here. I wish the prices were a little lower, but I prefer the store being staffed and properly stocked. We managed to save 20 bucks last visit shopping 2 for 1s

The manager of this location is so awesome. I could not get his name correct when I called the store Christmas Eve after closing. My cart had two of the same item with no price label so i went to retrieve another one with the price attached. However the cashier only gave me one item instead of my two. I did not notice this until after the store had been closed for about 5 minutes. I called and spoke with the manager who kindly assisted me after I stated my Christmas dinner would be short. Short version- he allowed me to come get the missing item and serviced me from my car. I kindly paid and was so amazed he went above and beyond to exceed customer satisfaction. My sincerest thank you.

The manager on staff as of 12-31-2022 AM was so rude and wasn't professional at all when came to customer service he should've been trained better. Unbelievable and the lady on the register didn't care either. I have never had a problem there until today just makes me want to go shop somewhere else.

Publix has for many years been THE place to grocery shop. Sadly that is changing.
Stores like Trader Joe's and whole foods were the high end, but all that has changed as Publix prices have skyrocketed.
Well, someone has to pay for all these new stores that they're putting in.
They don't come cheap.
Publix has lost sight of what matters most.
It's customers.

Always a Pleasure to shop there. One thing though no matter which Publix you're in you can't get out of there without spending a dub $20.00. lol 😂😆
