Chase Bank

I love chase and every branch I've ever walked into is the best! Except this one!!!! I drive 15 mins out of my way to go to another chase. Benefit of the doubt I've come here 5 differ times and each time one of the representatives is so rude not only to me but also to others waiting, whom are clients to this bank. I'm very, very surprised it hasn't been rectified yet which is why I took 5mins out of my day to post this review.

Unfortunately because of the poor treatment we just received, I'm probably going to cancel my account here. Coming in to open a new account, there were somethings that I was unaware of. But the manner of how the bank associate (Angelica) was just very assertive and rude. Along with her facial expressions that just seemed annoyed. She sat down an said goodbye while looking at her computer. Didn't shake our hands or walk us out. I'm pointing all of these things out because it's what I'm used to at this bank. It turned me from my account all together, and even other relatives are thinking about canceling with them as well. Not a great start to a Friday :/

I don’t understand why after a 15 minute wait I wasn’t allowed to cash my check. I’ve been to different branches and they’ve allowed me to with no complaints. I spoke to customer service and they said that there’s no reason why they shouldn’t have cashed my check. Been doing this for months every single week. Poor customer service, I have already filed a complaint against this branch. Never coming back.

Communism lives at this capitalist bank. Staff is friendly but there is not way to schedule an appointment and wait times are intolerable

Worse chase ever you have to wait long time before they can help you it 3 minutes away from my house but now I have to drive to other location

Drive up ATMs are down too often and the door to lobby is locked once the bank is closed.

As always the representative always helpful and congenial

ATM, it is never functional at night, the door is always closed, and better remove the ATM service
