Reef Lovers Aquariums

So I was very satisfied and happy with this place about a month ago. But since then I truly believe they have lost me as a customer. I have gone three times now during business hours according to the sign on the door and the hours found online and three times now they were closed when they should have been open. Seems to be a pattern that they close up on their terms and if that's the case they should change their hours and let them be known. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I bought a fish that was on sale and it died in less than a week. I got my water tested and everything was fine. I called to see if I could maybe get some kind of credit even store credit and they flat out told me no because the fish was on sale. Would not recommend.

This place really is the best! The care they have for there fish is top of the line. When you walk in you feel like you are visiting a friend. My number one fish store by far!

Great staff, very knowledgeable. If they do not have something they will get it for you. Can't go wrong with them.

I have been going to the small shop for for years even prior to them being at this location. They're always very helpful and very nice and I've never had any issues with anything I've purchased there. There are about half as many stores as there was several years ago And having them in Royal Palm Beach is great
If you haven't been here before give them a shot I think you'll be happy

Would be nice if they would be open the times they post. Not just when they want.

I'm glad I found Reef Lovers again after their move. The staff is friendly and are true "Reef Lovers", pun intended. I love places where you can have deep conversations about the fish and corals with a staff that is paying attention to each fish and coral that is part of their inventory. I get lots of informative feedback from the staff such as "we've had this fish for a couple weeks and it has started to be more personable and started eating more foods" or "this fish recently turned aggressive". That shows me they are good stewards of the fish and coral before they find their forever home.

Additionally, Reef Lovers is one of only two places I've found in the South County area with frequent inventory of medium to large fish. Most places only have fish of sizes up to 3".

Lastly, they do a good job of using social media to keep the community informed of new arrivals. Allowing me to be more strategic with my trips up there.
