Co2 & Fire Equipment Service Center

Recertified my fire extinguisher. They were very professional, polite, and reasonably priced.

Way too expensive. This was paid in full but we keep getting more bills including late fees, etc. I would be careful or find someone else.

Purchased a CO2 canister for use with a planted aquarium. Quick, easy, and well priced.

Not very friendly, Had my equipment for weeks and not one phone call. The worker stated that there was a phone call made. If that was the case, a week later would you not follow-up, where is the customer service. I will not recommend this business to anyone that would like great customer service.

I have been getting my fire extinguisher serviced with this company for years and because of the bad customer service and not getting an apology by instead being told excuses and not even receiving a call about my fire extinguisher I will be ending my service with them. The lady who sits up front has always been nice to me but this morning over the phone she was rude and had every excuse to give me and said she listened to my messages about my complaints and didn’t even call and say a word. Just disrespectful and to me she just didn’t care that I had a complaint and that’s fine I will find another company who appreciates their long time customers. I just can’t believe the type of service I received today and to be told yesterday over the phone that there would be someone at the office for me to pick up my fire extinguisher and i go there three times and called every time and no one was there. Made me waste my gas and time for nothing.

I never had a fire extinguisher serviced and called for some details on turn around time and pricing. The lady couldn’t have been more rude and condescending. Slow talked me like I was a toddler.. So I called Fire Pro’s Commercial Service just a ways down the road and they were very helpful and seemed happy to help me answer easy questions. Looking forward to giving them my business instead
