The St Lucie County Aquarium is a small slice of the ocean right by the water. There were so many tools and animals, it’s very kid friendly, but even the adults learned a lot. They have an interactive area where you can pet hermit crabs, urchins, & even let the cleaning shrimp play on your fingers! The price was great at less than $3 a person but the first Tuesday is free so we will be going back for that!

Small and compact but extremely educational. Saw and read things I have not seen in other aquariums. Staff very eager to explain exhibits. Kid friendly.

Very cute place, lots of new information. Geared towards children, but as an adult, I still enjoyed it. They give a feeding tour 3 times a day (it may be twice a day) that was fun to watch and they also have a pond where you can touch the animals. The price is VERY reasonable. Please stop in and bring the kids if you've got them!! Great time for all!!

My group and I had an amazing time at the aquarium. Lots of fish, coral and interactive activities to do. The staff were also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Special mention to Rob at the interactive tank. He was very kind, enthusiastic and insightful, we learned so much from him! If you’re in Ft. Pierce, this aquarium is absolutely worth your while :)

This is a fun and educational "must see". The ladies who are there are so knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed all the well put together exhibits. We got the combination ticket and thoroughly enjoyed both places.

Very cute little aquarium right on the beach! Extremely affordable at less than $5 per person Makes for a great diversion if your beach excursion was temporarily rained out. We didn't get to visit the history museum as it was closed the day we visited, but my kids loved the touch tank exhibit as well as all the microscopes to view smaller organisms. Love the virtual tour videos too! And after you're done you can walk right out onto the beach or over to the playground at South Causeway Park.

Lived in the area for about 10 year and this was the first time going. Baby girl loved it and I love how they had the little step ups for the kids. Super cute place
