Novopelle Med Spa

I have been going to Novopelle for over two years now for both laser treatments and facials. I absolutely LOVE Novopelle! The staff, technicians, and estheticians are all sweet and caring and have always made me feel welcome.

Wholly, the clinic is run in a professional manner. From the confirmation phone calls to the actual facility, the place is spot on. The receptionists are always friendly and accommodating. They always make sure to book the right appointment for you and truly do their best to fit it to your own schedule. The rooms are all clean and spotless and it makes you feel good knowing you are being treated in such a hygienic environment. As far as my laser treatments go, I have always been satisfied. Every technician I have had has been kind and made me feel very comfortable. Sometimes they'll spark up a conversation in order to veer your mind away from the treatment.

I'm so, so happy with Novopelle :))

The first time I came here I was 18 years old to get laser hair removal done on my entire body. I am 27 years old now and haven't shaved since then and haven't seen a single hair.
The ladies that work here are miracle workers and are incredibly knowledgeable and highly professional. I actually live pretty far away from this location but I have no problem making the drive over here because their customer service is exceptional! I actually have an appointment this weekend for a different service and I just know it's going to be exceptional.

The ladies here are wonderful! Very knowledgeable on their products and services. They will give honest advice and info so you can choose the best services for your skin/body and goals. They’re also super friendly and easy to talk to! I spent an hour with Ella this morning (as a first time customer) and was so impressed with how quickly the time flew and how much I enjoyed it....I can’t wait to go back. 5 stars for me!

I never take the time to write a review, especially when it comes to a bad review, but this case is an exception. I paid for 6 sessions of laser hair removal for brazilian, under arm, and upper lip and I’m totally disappointed; It has barely been 2 months from my last session of laser hair removal and my hair is back full grown. Do not spend your money here, not worth it.
I have few points to make (Please people take them in consideration, I read some bad reviews of this place and I still decided to give it a change, well guess what? Total regret!!)
1.Out of the 6 sessions, they cancelled on me twice. One of cancellation was the same day of the appointment, which I had already asked for permission at work.
2.They never ever answer the phone. Due to COVID-19 they were not allowing to schedule appointment onsite after your session. You were forced to call to schedule an appointment. Well, guess what? They will not answer the phone, and when finally do, they will tell you that do not have any spots available until several week from now, which makes you not to be on time for treatment.
3.At the end of my last session, I already knew that the treatment was going to be a total failure, but I still decided to attend the last evaluation appointment to see how they could help me. Well, the lady at Novopelle knew and saw that the treatment did not work, and one of the main reasons was because I was not able to get my appointments on time because of them. The lady said that she was going to talk to her manager to see what they could do and she was going to give me call back. THEY NEVER DID.
Conclusion: go to a place where they become responsible for the treatments they offer!! This place is not it.

DO NOT GO HERE!! YOUR TIME WILL NOT BE VALUED! I wish I could actually review the services offered, but since no one on staff wants to return my calls/messages, I'll just do a write-up here instead. I've been trying to reschedule my first appointment for almost 2 weeks now. It was scheduled 3 weeks out, so that's enough time to get a different appointment, right? NOPE, not with Novopelle. If you're calling, just be ready to leave a voicemail because they won't bother to pick up. If you're lucky like me, they'll call you back in 3-4 days. If you're unlucky, also like me, you'll miss that call because you're at work, landing you back to square one. I even tried going to their location in Addison and there was clearly someone there because their phone and personal items were on the front desk. I also checked their hours to make sure they were open before driving over. I knocked and no one answered. Since I was standing outside, I decided to call and see if someone could let me in. Again, no answer. Now, I'm about to lose an appointment that was already paid for because Novopelle can't bother to simply reschedule it. If you want laser hair removal, a spa day, etc. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Please don't be like me and go here because you'll be wasting money and time. My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if I don't get a response.

The service itself is great and the workers are wonderful. But now, a year later, I am getting texts from other businesses saying that thanks to Novopelle I am getting a discount on xyz and I have given permission for then to text me, which I have not, but have to text them to stop the texts. I have gotten texts from Novopelle, which is standard advertising and I can understand but when they start selling your information, that is a different story. Had I known this, I would have gone elsewhere.

Location was great and smells wonderful when you come in. Love that is not high pressure sales like and you get what you need. I’m definitely coming here for all my laser needs

This bad review is because their phone and scheduling service, all I wish is that you answer your phone and schedule my appointments easily!!! I don’t know what the receptionist girls do to not answering at all!!!!! So disappointed!!
