They were running behind because of time change and I was okay with that because we are all human. My best friend & I got couples massages and Lisa did a great on me!!! My best friend LOVED her masseuse (sorry I can't remember you name)... Customer service was great too! Everything went well, I would definitely return!

Kenneth is the most kind, caring and talented massage therapist I’ve had in over 12 years of getting massaged. The front desk staff here are so friendly as well. I drive past 2 other Hand and Stone Spas to come to this location.

Extremely disappointing facial. Esthetician spent a large portion of the time trying to convince me to purchase a more expensive facial or products. After I declined her upsell MULTIPLE times, she stated “well the regular facial isn’t going to do anything”. I felt like I was being pressured by a used car salesperson. Definitely NOT relaxing. Additionally, she was on her phone during the service which only lasted 45 minutes, not the hour I paid for.

Just had the WORST experience with the so called manager of this place which she called herself "Ellie". I came in to get a dermal infusion done and this was my first time back in a Looong time so I was hoping for a great experience.. The front desk didn't communicate with me that the dermal infusion HAD to be accompanied by a classic facial. They charged me $279. I am perfectly fine for paying for my services when im made aware of what I am paying for prior but for the manager to tell me that I have to pay $140 for a "classic" facial to simply wash my face and place a mask and another $140 for my dermal infusion is ridiculous. Its one thing if I knew this from the beginning but another being told by a manager that didn't even apologize for the miscommunication. She was extremely rude and condescending. She had Absolutely ZERO managerial skills or experience in communicating effectively to diffuse or make the situation right. Its unfortunate because the estetitician was great but terrible management. Not once did she even apologize. She even tried to throw another estetitician under the bus to have her explain the process with me. I told her it's not the treatment, it was the lack of customer service and communication on the company and lack of understanding the client on the manager's side. TERRIBLE.

The staff is Unprofessional and the manager is somehow ALWAYS unavailable. I have been a member since 2019 and recently decided to cancel my membership due to unnecessary price increase. I had 12-13 prepaid credits to use on my accounts. After relocating I typically booked appointments online and visited nearest location. However, there were constantly issues regarding my account and being able to access my services. I called this location a minimum 8-10x when I attempted to cancel my account and the manager was NEVER available. I was always told they were at “lunch” or a meeting. Even when I called back hours later and she was unavailable. After I finally talked to someone about a week later, there were all sorts of issues with accessing my credits and I talked to Ellie numerous times. The reception staff is unprofessional and lacks basic etiquette. I just called 5 mins at 8pm and shockingly, they are in a “meeting” this late at night. I explained to the receptionist I feel like I continue to get the run around. I asked when is a good time for me to call back and I am told to call back in TWO days?? I politely advised this is ridiculous and someone should contact me by end of business. The last time I called (Sat) a regional or district manager was supposed to call me. Well… it’s Wednesday night and no call. Which is why I called back today expressing the time sensitive concern. This place is a rip off and the massages are “ok” at best. Do not recommend services here. Plenty of other places without the nuisance of know-nothing unprofessional staff who barely know how to answer a phone and have a decent conversation. STEER CLEAR! This place is the WORST!!

I have been going to this place for monthly facials for 2 years now and absolutely love it! My esthetician is Rachel and she always knows what's best for my skin and recommends certain treatments and products each session. Furthermore, I like that she is not pushy with these recommendations. She is also so good at what she does as I have seen huge improvements with my skin! I also like how the appointment starts on time, and if it starts late, she would let me know and make up the time for it :)

I come here often. I get facials from Rachel and a massages from Chris. They are both very kind and listen to my concerns and I always feel better after I leave. Both of them can get booked up, but I think they are worth the wait.

I highly do not recommend this business. I was injured by a massage therapist and could not walk for several days. It took 8 months for my back to heal. The manager told me she would give me a 90 minute massage with a different therapist. Now, I was told by their regional manager that there was a time limit to it that was not communicated to by the previous manager. She also told me that the previous manager was fired due to poor performance. The staff is extremely unprofessional. I called 6 months ago but it was such a debacle to even try to schedule an appointment. Curious what the overhead cost of a 90 minute massage. Asked to speak with her manager and was told….the franchise owner refuses to speak with customers.
