Brendan Thomas was extremely helpful during our home insurance claim which involved replacing our roof decking and shingles. He represented us by getting more items replaced through our insurance policy. He was thorough, easy to work with, and checked in frequently with us on the various projects to make sure the repairs were properly done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Tarrant Roofing and especially Brendan for others to use for insurance repairs. It was very helpful that he oversaw the whole project because we had additional repairs, other than the roof, which made the process much easier. Recently I replaced my roof with Tarrant Roofing.
Edgar Gonzalez helped me to get my house roof fixed on time. He not only taken care of my roof; he also helped our neighbor’s problem by fixing it. This company did a great job on fixing our house roof. They have very good team. I appreciate suggestion what Edgar gave while changing roof. I had to change my roof without insurance, there price is very reasonable with current market. I would highly recommend this company for any roof replacement.

I had Edgar Gonzalez and the Tarrant Roofing team replace my roof in October 2021. I wanted to wait awhile to review just to see how things turned out. Happy to say that as of now everything has been great. Edgar knows his stuff and very good at explaining things. We changed a few things with the ventilation and the upgraded gutters have been awesome. Edgar made a somewhat stressful situation a lot easier to deal with.

The company does not stand to their labor warranty promise.
I have called several times for a installation labor issue and no response so far. I wonder how many calls does it take?

Upgrading it to 5 stars. I received a call from Fawn who immediately scheduled the repairs. The repair crew led by Mr. Arnulfo came today and took the job very seriously. They made the needed repairs and showed me photos of them. Mr. Arnulfo and his crew were amazing! Upgraded the rating since Tarrant roofing responded this time and got the repairs done. Thank you.

Brendan was thorough, punctual, communicative, and has fantastic follow through. Everything went as smoothly as possible and Brendan was on top of the entire job. We were never surprised and always knew the schedule in advance. After the work was done Brendan also stayed engaged to make sure we were satisfied.

Brendan was excellent with communication and made my roof repair process a breeze. He would text back almost immediately if I contacted him with any questions and quoted us a more than reasonable price for the repairs. I would highly highly recommend him and his team. Three thumbs up!

While in the neighborhood, Brendan Thomas stopped at my house when he noticed my older, possibly damaged roof. He offered to do an inspection of the roof for damage, taking pictures for proof. After finding plenty of proof for insurance purposes, he made the call to my homeowners insurance company to explain the findings. He then met with the adjuster, who also came to the same conclusion. He made the process so easy for this woman who had never gone through a roof replacement before. Brendan was always available for my calls and followed through with any questions or requests that I had. During a period when Brendan would be unable to help, he made sure Greg Esquilino knew what was needed at that time. It was all a very nice experience.
