Remarkable Roofing team did an excellent job assessing my roof that needed to be replaced and walking me through the process/recommendations. Very involved from helping with all paperwork needed and outlining details of the work. "Remarkably" (pun intended) they also finished ahead of schedule. Owner also came out and visited site when a section of my gutters were damaged. He had it repaired within hours. Excellent experience and would highly recommend this company. Customer service was above and beyond what was expected.

After a Hail storm, I was referred to William and he walked me through every step since I had no idea what to do. Very professional and worked with my insurance so I' didnt have to worry about the details. Excellent work and completed all (roof, gutters, fence & window screens) in a timely fashion. The entire roof on my home was replaced before I closed on the house Feb 2021. Almost a year later I noticed a leak coming into one of the bedrooms from the ceiling. I called the company who did the work and the owner, William, was at my house the next day to figure out the issue. It turned out that it wasn’t an issue with the shingles, but an issue with the roof construction. He worked around my schedule to get his team back on my roof to fix the leak. Completed the job in one afternoon just in time for this year’s big snow storm. All the water from the melted snow would have been a disaster if it wasn’t fixed and I didn’t pay him a single penny. He stands behind his work and his word. An absolute professional. 100% recommend his services.
