Awesome people and great property managers. Properties are kept clean and in excellent shape.

I was a resident at ocotillo apartments before and after Price Realty bought the apartment complex. They completely ruined it in every conceivable fashion. Took them months to actually have a staff running the place, everyone else was either a temp or getting replaced every other week (assuming from incompetence based on my several interactions with the staff). They didn’t pay their bills, I guess, and all the parking lot/breezeway lights were off for several days, the pool was green and unusable within days of their arrival (it was July), office staff on the phone hung up on me more than once and blamed it on connection (I’m not the only one they did that to and that’s how I know it’s a lie), and 3 of my neighbors have told me how the management “banned” them from the office because they complained. They even threatened to call the police on one resident for complaining!!! This company bit off WAAAYYY more than they could chew.

Price realty, learn how to manage a few duplexes before you try taking on (what was once) one of the best apartments in town. You brought Ocotillo from a 5 star to a 1 star in under a month and there is not a single current or former resident of yours, that I have met, that disagrees with that statement. Your staff at ocotillo blames their lack of professionalism, their incompetence, their lies, and mistakes on the old management and that’s just flat out pathetic.
None of those issues above existed before these clowns got involved.

If you’re thinking about leasing with price, go somewhere else. You can find cheaper living and better, friendlier, smarter, more competent staff with a blindfold on.

Absolute garbage, predatory property management company that's attempted to vulture loyal renters who have been hurt by COVID-19. Price has refused to work with laid off and stuck renters who cannot move due to ending lease terms. Their inability to work with their tenants is troubling and shows blatant disregard for decency. This is shameful practice by a small property management company that's attempting to become a force in the industry.

Visited some friends in the Parks on Grandville Dallas and in case you like opossums and roaches you will like the apartments, nobody cares about complains and the people living in the apartment have to catch the baby opossums by themselves

Don’t ever rent from any community this property management company. I wish I could rate them a zero. Properties are poorly maintained. They only hire Latino people as staff and are racist!

I’m so disappointed that Price Realty took over our formerly quaint Creekstone Apartments community in Houston, TX and plummeted it into the mud. The staff is negligent and will not respond to service requests, emails or calls. The property is filthy, and the filing system is based on loose stacks of papers. We had to fight for 2 months for them to reluctantly fix our A/C, amongst other things. The pool is always green unless there is an inspection. Worst of all, they lose paperwork and do not value written agreements. This company needs to re-evaluate who they hire and how they handle things. All I gather is that they’re here to make a quick buck.
