We recently purchased a renovated house represented by Angel Realtors that had systemic and catastrophic plumbing issues that were not disclosed in the Sellers Disclosure. The house was owned by AES Financial Group, a related entity. Neither Angel Realtors or AES Financial Group have responded to our follow up inquiries. BEWARE.
