I can't imagine even giving this unprofessional, incompetent, and irresponsible company enough information to run a credit check, much less move myself, my loved ones, and all my personal property into a property they manage. Their representative's conduct was inexcusable.

Deb N, the agent who was going to meet me at the property, called me at 5:30 (the time of our appointment) to tell me she was going to be 10-20 minutes late. She then gave me the combination to the key box and told me to check it out for myself and call her afterwords, but she assured me she was on her way. I did, then called her. Twice. No answer. Finally, 45 minutes after I arrived, she called to say that she had "given up and turned around and gone home" and asked what I thought about the place.

I liked the place, but it doesn't matter. Infinity Property Management could cut the rent in half and I wouldn't lease a property they manage.

I have had a wonderful experience with Infinity PM for the past 4 years. The staff is very proactive and responsible with regard to leasing residential housing. Tenants have access to a state-of-the-art portal to communicate maintenance issues and they are able to pay rent as well. Maintenance request can be filled out on line and addressed within a few hours as work orders are generated. As for the products that this company represents, they are above the bar. All the homes appear to be in new condition, and well maintained. So for long term or short, Infinity is the company to go to for a awesome residential housing experience.

This place is a joke!! Moved in to brand new townhomr and loved the home. However the craftmanship is shotty. There are "sinkhole" in the flooring, flooring is peeling up, doors have shifted so they don't close and heaven forbid you put in a maintenance request. I've been waiting about 3 months for simple repairs and keep putting in requests and being told via the tenant portal that it's taken care of to get home and nothing has been done. At this point (halfway thru my lease) If I could find a way out of this lease I would be gone.

My fiance and I were looking for a home. We fell in love with one of their properties. We expressed our excitement and put in the application. After three days of waiting, we hear back and are told the owner has declined us to occupy the home. We were told that our credit score is too low and therefore we pose a risk. This doesn't sit well with me for several reasons. 1. My credit has ZERO delinquencies, ZERO bankruptcies, ZERO negative information. My credit score is low because of the amount on my credit. However, my ex husband is paying everything, as part of the divorce decree. Never once has he defaulted. So yes, my debt to income is slightly more than it should be, however, I have the proof in my decree that it is taken care of by my ex. 2. My fiance and I make well over the amount they wanted and offered for it rent to be directly sent to them monthly. 3. I have NEVER been evicted or violated a lease. Nor has my fiancé. I owned a home in Colorado until my divorce.

They were still dissatisfied and continued to decline. A month and a half later, this home is STILL FOR RENT! We had the money for the deposit and first months rent and could've been moved in by now. I find it slightly humorous that this PM and the owner have not found anyone to occupy it. Do not use this company unless you have absolutely perfect credit, because apparently that's what it takes.

I have never in my life felt motivated to write a review of anything, positive or negative. I have lived in an Infinity PM managed property for two years, and planned to live here for a third. I was contacted via email 2 months prior to the end of my lease term with information for lease renewal or move out. I signed the appropriate documents requested and stated my intention to remain in the property. I also stated that the other party on the lease would be moving out and a new party intended to move in to take their place. I asked that the necessary lease forms be sent to all of us so that we could get the process over with months in advance. I was told that no lease documents needed to be signed, and that they just needed basic info of the new party moving in. The new party was never contacted via email or any other means, and I contacted Infinity again a month later to request the necessary forms again. No response. All other parties completed their part of the move out process and we believed the lack of communication meant that everything had been received. Two days ago a leasing agent from Infinity attempted to enter our unit in order to show a new tenant their future housing unit. Despite all the signed forms, communication, and various emails back and forth, they for some reason believed that the property was now empty. Now not only are we in a situation where we have to go through the entire process a second time because someone gave us the entirely wrong documentation, but a potential renter is now left with no place to stay but the unit next door, which is currently unlivable as the floors are stained with animal urine, walls, floors, etc. are damaged, and it's not the unit they were initially promised. After dealing with John Navai, who I assume is the head of the incompetent snake, I was emailed the correct document, however, after giving him the new roommate's correct email twice via email, once via phone conversation, and a THIRD time via email, he has yet to figure out that the document website (Docusign) that the form is sent via STILL HAS THE INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS ON IT! How can you sign a form that is continually emailed to the wrong address?! Best of all, the excuse I was given for all the confusion is that "It's a big company." No, Google is a big company. That doesn't mean they accidentally fire an employee and don't realize the error for two months. They don't forget to pay people. They don't take away parking spots or security passes. If you can't figure out how to send an email, maybe it's time you look for another job. Preferably something in a field where you will have zero contact with other human beings.

FYI I waiting a year to post a review because I wanted to make sure we were fully finished with this PM. They are so shady and not organized I was worried they would lie and say we damaged something or owed them more money than we actually did.

So we moved from OK.... June 3rd I did a walk through on the rent house. We noticed some major damage right away. We Call Mrs. M (property company) at that moment and tell her so we don't get accused. I take pictures of all our findings (not my 1st rodeo document document people). We move in... we communicate back and for about things that are wrong, how we fixed it, what is high priority that needs to be fixed (doors not locking properly.... umm yeah). She is very sweet, she starts having people come out to fix or look to see what cost may be etc...

Yesterday we get a letter in the mail to vacate the premises!!! I'm sorry huh?! Yes... Munosi calls Mrs. M and ask what's going on. She says don't worry just pay your rent on the website portal. What website portal? Mr. J (Owner of property company) sent it over after you signed the edocs. UMM NO! He did send the lease over 4 times due to Sarah pointing out HER name was spelt wrong each copy and the move in day was wrong each time. We get portal info I go and pay rent right away. While on portal I notice my 2 year old daughter has made a payment of $500!!! They put her name as the person who paid the security deposit. Seriously! Looking more into this I see we have a balance of $250..Mrs.M says it's security deposit remainder. Not the 4 leases and the actual lease we signed says $500. Then Mrs. M in email stays can I put all maintenance request in portal. Why are you just now telling me this....was my thought. Sure I can add the ones we just talked about (5 maybe 6 were added). Mrs. M says thanks. Munosi gets a call after a submit what I was asked to submit. Mr. J and Mrs. M were talking and they are going to let us break the lease agreement and give back our security deposit. They feel like we are going to be "those type of people that complain and send an email every week about an issue" !!!!!! I'M SORRY WHAT???? Munosi went off nicely of course but off.... There were more issues and craziness from them (one funny MY name was spelt wrong on the portal!! Let me add its not because they left off the H either!!!! LOL ).

There was a hole in the floor of the livingroom. Mrs. M told me to just put my couch over it... WOW really!!

Upon leaving and breaking our lease they told us our final payment which they had to give to us three times after my husband had to help them step by step on the correct amount. They did not do their math correctly each time. They kept trying to put the 250 in there or adding up wrong etc.. very very sad..

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

I moved into an Infinity property in November of 2019. The leasing agent assured me it had been cleaned, but wasnt. I sent pictures to the agent. The property was cleaned again, but not very well. I lived with it. There were other issues with the property, but since I was just leasing, I accepted the issues and forgot about them. I gave notice of my intent to move out. I had to reach out to them several times regarding my deposit. After 3 weeks, I got a breakdown. I was very careful and particular in taking care of the property. There were no issues with the property at move out. The property manager apparently didn't agree with me and kept 95% of the deposit. Buyer/lessor beware when dealing with this property management company. They only had to charge me $36 for cleaning. The place was in better condition than when I moved in. They tell you on the document, if you have any questions, to call. They won't return phone calls..... document your issues before moving in or don't move into this property!¡!!!

This management company took over our townhomes from Lincoln Property Management (who we loved). Long story short, I will stay away from any property managed by this apathetic company going forward.
