Fullers put together my Fiancées ring. They took my grandmothers ring, recreated the setting, kept the stones, and was $200 less than what I was getting quoted in Chicago’s jewelers row.

Great experience working with Justin Fuller at his family-owned jewelry store. He helped my wife create her wedding band and it came out perfect! Her engagement ring is kite-shaped, so it was a little bit tricky to design a wedding band that fit against it well. He and his team did an incredible job and were more than helpful throughout the entire process.

We also had him create a custom gold wedding ring for myself, which has a flat rectangular signet style top. I love it and am so glad we went to Fuller's.

Wonderful experience at Fullers. Karl was very helpful and very quick getting things together for me. No hassle and willing to help. Went in to buy a Seiko, but also brought up that I was having issues with another model that was gifted to me and they took a look at it and assessed it for me. They also did not work on the watch without first notifying me of the price beforehand and made sure that I understood everything that was wrong with it prior to proceeding. While picking up my new Seiko they also demagnetized another watch I brought in that was running a little fast. Now its running perfectly. Thank you Karen! Would highly recommend if you are in the market for a quality time piece to check them out.

Outstanding customer service! I had a custom piece made, and their attention to detail was like none other. Van did an amazing job at giving me MULTIPLE opportunities to try things on, brainstorm and exchange ideas, and ultimately collaborate on custom design. I never felt rushed to make a decision, but rather encouraged to take my time and explore all possibilities. I grew up hearing the t.v. spots for Fuller's Jewelry; and that is what inspired me to see if they would be the right business to help me with a custom dual ring project. They did not disappoint.
The moment that I walked into the establishment I was welcomed with polite and sincere greeting. This MUST have been difficult as I was ripe from working outside; which speaks to their quality in character and professionalism. Anyway, I had lost an heirloom years ago and was now in the position to replace it. I wasn't sure if they were even able to accommodate my desire for a custom ring. I was assured that this was a simple matter; and it was.
My correspondence with them via text throughout the process was always prompt and friendly. Fuller's also my it clear to me that they would be more than happy to make any design changes I deemed necessary. They absolutely made good on that promise and I am happier for it.

Best jewelers in the DFW area! They've done multiple adjustments on rings and watches and always do a fantastic job. Brooke took on a design project for me and breathed new life into my old rings. She completely transformed my ideas into reality and I absolutely love my new custom stack rings. Can't recommend the team there enough!

I had a loose Yellow Sapphire stone that I wanted to make a pendant. I already had a design that I wanted and was looking for a trustworthy Jeweler that can create a jewelry the way I wanted. I chose Fullers Jewelry Store, a long-established store in my neighborhood. Their selection of the jewelry is amazing and also specialize in custom jewelry. The sales person was very friendly and detailed and the estimate for my jewelry was just what I had in my mind . I’m glad that I chose Fullers. It was the right choice for the first time.
