My girlfriend and I visited several jewelry stores in the process of finding 'the' ring. As you might expect, the levels of service and knowledge we received varied wildly and the process quickly became overwhelming, especially when our focus centered upon lab-grown diamonds. From the moment I first spoke to Maurice on the phone, I knew I was working with someone who not only understood his product and his industry, but desired to get us the best product for us and our budget. He patiently walked us through the process of selecting a diamond, all the while providing expert knowledge and experienced answers to each of our questions. He never tried to sell us on something we couldn't afford or push us towards a design in which we weren't interested. Rather, he helped us understand the difference between lab-grown diamonds and their mined counterparts, reassuring us that, aside from their place of origin, both are otherwise identical in structure and in beauty. In the end, Maurice helped us create a one-of-a-kind custom design with which we couldn't be more thrilled. Pictures can't do it justice and I'd say the same for my review of Ascot and the level of personal service they provide. We'll be back for our wedding bands in a few months and will gladly send our friends and family their way for all their jewelry needs.

My husband was on his way home from an out-of-town work trip and found Ascot via google search. He was looking for a specific diamond to propose to me with, and Maurice came to the rescue. We live a little over an hour away and I had planned on designing my custom wedding band with a local jeweler. However, Maurice and his wife were so helpful, that my husband insisted I use them. I spent months doing online research on engagement rings and diamonds which lead me to Ascot diamonds. I sent an email and got a response immediately from Maurice, he had sent me a list of available diamonds that filled my request (cccc). I picked out a few diamonds over the phone and he overnighted the diamonds from Atlanta to Dallas so I could see them in person the next day. Building the ring in his office was a great experience rather then picking from dozens of rings that I wouldn’t have been interested in at a big chain retailer instead we built the exact ring I had imagined. All I can say is that the ring turned out perfect and my fiancé is in love with it. She wanted me to add that she “gets compliments all the time” and that “we will definitely be going back to see Maurice for our wedding bands”.

Cyrus and I met with Maurice and couldn’t have had a better experience. Maurice guided us through the details, process and gave us such helpful information with regard to our preferences and budget. Maurice truly knew how to hear our desires and support us in our decision making without any pressure, but enough support and guidance to make the process clear, grounding and exciting! Maurice and his team are true masters. Cyrus and I woke up at 3am to hike to to one of our favorite peaks at sunrise. It was a surprise, beautiful, sunrise proposal with the most magical setting and ring! We are beyond excited and Maurice made my dream ring 💍 come true!! My fiancé had a wonderful experience at Ascot Diamonds in Addison. The couple that owns the establishment were very knowledgeable and excited to teach him about diamonds, which he previously knew nothing about. With their expertise and without much guidance from me, he was able to pick out a ring that I absolutely loved and was within his budget. He cited that they were not pushy on budget and were very professional during the entire visit. My fiancé was also on a strict time restriction as he was proposing while we were on vacation and they made sure
to make accommodations that the diamond was in his hand when he needed it for the trip. We re-visited as I needed the ring resized and they were very quick to return my ring back to me after the resizing (less than a week). Ascot Diamonds made all our engagement ring dreams come true! First just want to say thanks to Maurice and Wyona for all your help and patience in creating the perfect rings and providing exceptional customer care. And secondly my apologies for the over due review. But I think readers will appreciate the long term experience my wife and I have had with Ascot Diamonds.
My first visit back in 2011 was for our engagement and wedding rings. Maurice spent a lot of time with me over a few glasses of scotch - he introduced me to JW Black ;-) - to select the perfect diamond and design the setting to my soon-to-be wife's specifications. The first two settings did not come out as expected, but Maurice took care of it straight away w/o zero hassle. The final setting was truly exceptional. My wife gets tons of complements on her wedding rings all the time and to this day she stares at them all the time, they are dazzling.
So for our 10 year anniversary I surprised my wife with a visit back at Ascot in Oct 2021. Again, same exceptional customer care and quality diamonds. My wife showed Maurice what she wanted and the ring far exceeded our expectations, it's absolutely stunning. Also during our visit Maurice and Wyona cleaned & serviced my wife's wedding rings at no charge - they look brand new!
Needless to say, this is the ONLY place we will buy diamonds. They are friendly, courteous and go above and beyond to exceed expectations. One of a kind rings & one of a kind experience...thank you!!!
