Fenix Protect

Look at what these jack wagons sent me. A the top it says "Chevrolet Official Business Penalty for Private Use, $300" and at the bottom it says "Fenix Protect ... is not affiliated with any auto dealer or Manufacturer." Bunch of hacks

Actually the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Impossible to get someone on the phone without waiting 30 minutes at least, then the CS Rep argued with me when I tried to cancel within the 30 days. Just wanted to cancel, was basically told I didn't read the contract and am dumb for canceling. Horrible customer service, horrible people working there.

Run! do not walk! Avoid this warranty company at all cost! They covered none of the problems with my vehicle. I hate that I ever dealt with this company!

I got a letter, call to find out and a guy with the name of Brandon was super disrespectful, not to mention not helpful.
When I asked him questions he would cut me off, and answer very very disrespectfully.
If the coverage is the same as customer service definitely will be the worst choice for anyone. And of course I would never give them my business, and make sure everyone around knows what company not to pick..

Representative (Ms. Karen) was not friendly. Would not speak to me to give me a quote because the vehicle is not on my name, its under my husband's name. I was not purchasing just needed a quote.

Got this scam in the mail. Called to cancel it started giving me reasons on why i shouldn't. Then told me i didn't know what i was missing out on. Once i insisted i wanted to cancel it, i could hear the irritating in the callers voice. Once i said my answer was final he said he would cancel it then hung up abruptly. I do not actually know if he canceled it or not.

Did anyone get they’re refund back from this place if so how long does it take? because Im not wasting anything on this unprofessional vehicle business.

They should be ashamed of themselves! If I could give zero stars, I would. Unbelievably horrible customer service.
