Amanda Bell is the best case manager I could have ever asked for! She definitely needs a raise! She makes me feel at ease! She always answers all of my questions and answers quickly ! For my first accident , she has done such an amazing job helping me. I can’t thank you enough Amanda!!!!

Dana Gray is the sweetest!!! So nice and accurate when it came to getting my check!! Priscilla was my attorney and she did a great job! Then Dana was the one who said you’ll get paid by end of July! And I did!! Love Dana and Priscilla! I got hit is the only place I’m send anybody to!! My wreck was in October and I got paid in July!! NOT EVEN A WHOLE YEAR!! Like most car wreck companies!! Decided to use them for my moms accident because I heard of them on the radio. Talk about you do all the work as the client and they collect the pay. They have been dragging my moms case and have been to busy to answer questions. The firm treats you like a number and your car can be damaged for months. They are more interested in medical pay outs and not the actual client or your questions. Had them for one month and tried to drop them. They released her with a lien saying they are going to collect regardless. Find a better attorney to represent your case. Someone who cares and they Will actually deserve the pay.

I’m highly disappointed in this company. This was my second time reaching out to them after I was involved in a car wreck. The first time didn’t go well but they did finally resolve my case after about a year and a half of calling for updates with no information and having to complain so much that I spoke with Mr. Godsey himself before it was all done. I thought it was just an unfortunate mishap that happened with my case so I reached out again after I was hit in June of this year and it’s all happening over again just with a different team. I called to update my case manager once I was released from physical therapy a month ago and at that time she told me she’d be reaching out to the physician to get medical records/bills etc and she’d follow up with me in three weeks. At the three week mark I reached out to her, no answer or returned phone call within the next business day as her voicemail says. Only after I complained to the receptionist did I receive a call from my case manager 3 days later. Once I spoke to her she literally had no idea that I was done with physical therapy and told me the exact same thing she told me three weeks ago! So my case has just been sitting untouched for almost a month. I tried to reach out to her supervisor/the actual attorney and after his voicemail recording ends the phone hangs up so I’m unable to leave a message. I reached out to the receptionist again asking her to have the actual attorney return my call and guess who calls me…. The case manager! I explained to her I did not call to speak with her and she still asks if she could help. Absolutely not! As much as I want to support this business I would be doing people a disservice to recommend this law firm. Please do not waste your time! In addition to their lack of customer service, it was myself, my daughter (13) and son (2) in the vehicle at the time of the accident. My daughter and I went to physical therapy for our injuries my son is too young. My sons case was settled in a timely manner however the guy who hit us insurance company offered $1000 to settle and after fees paid to the lawyer my son is only receiving $450 and I was told by the negotiator that was excellent but I know better. Before an offer was made I was told about a percentage that the law firm will get but after the settlement I was told there was an additional $250 fee paid to the attorney and that I signed paperwork that stated that however the percentage is the only fee that was verbalized. I take accountability for not reading the paperwork completely but if your verbalizing fees why just one and not all fees. So I was able to speak with the attorney who waived the $250 fee so that my son would get more of the settlement money but it is over a month later and still no check. *** Update*** Now I’m being told that the settlement check (from the insurance company to the law firm) was lost in the mail and it has to canceled and a new one has to be issued. So I’m sure by my next three week check in there will be another issue and I still won’t have any money.

I gave them a shot cause they sounded good on the radio. Turns out the only want easy to win cases and aren't willing to take on any cases that actually require work. As soon as they realized my case wasn't an easy win they dropped me. No phone call, just a letter in the mail. Went with another attorney and ended up getting a 6 figure settlement.

Amanda Bell is AMAZING!!! She gets things done. Anytime I have ever reached out to her about my case she has always responded and followed up to ensure that I was taken care of in the even that she had to get another person involved. If ever in the event you are searching for fast responding , professional attorney service, I highly recommend I JUST GOT HIT , Ms. Rachel Rogatski (Negotiator) and AMANDA BELL....
