Bradley Kerley: Allstate Insurance

I have been with the Kerley for many years. I have my house and all my vehicles (4 cars and a motorcycle) insured by them. Bradly has always worked with me to get the best coverage's for my needs- at the lowest pricing.
I have just suffered a lose do to a severe hail storm at my house. Allstate in general and specifically Bradly Kerley have been very fast to arrange adjustment inspections for my house and 1 of my vehicles and I have no doubt that I will be happy with the result.

The person who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude and every comment she provided was extremely negatively. Their process is terrible and they constantly talk about what they "don't" want to do" and "how much of a burden" it is to make changes. The staff act like they do not enjoy their job or want to be there.

Brad has been my family's agent for years now and has never failed to help me out whenever I need something, very fast, very helpful.

The courtesy I’ve recieved from Bradley Kerley so far is very impressive. What surprises me and impresses me the most is that he calls me when Allstate has a better deal to help maximize my benefit and reduce my cost. I don’t know anybody else who does this. It’s only fair to assume that his commissions would go down instead of up by saving me money. There are other things to mention too. Regardless, it’s enough for me to know I’m in good hands when I have an agent who looks after the clients they have instead of always chasing new ones for their own benefit. Professionalism a 10 star, Character, a 10 star, Responsive a 10 star, everything else 5 stars for now which is still the highest rating on google. For me I’m not looking for the lowest prices in the industry. I’m looking for the best care and coverage, and although my rates are very reasonable, I’m not concerned with penny pinching. I want to know and feel like I’m taken care of, and Brad does that. Worth every Penny Thank you Brad and your agency for being on point. Much appreciated.👍

I Asked for explanation of rate increase on renewal. Was told he would get back to me. He never did so I did not renew my business policy I had for almost 20 years. This is not first lack of response, 5 years ago I asked for a life insurance quote, again never got one. Try someone else, I did.

I have lived in six different states, owned many different cars and used various car insurance companies over the years. NEVER have I ever experienced the genuine professional service as Mr. Kerley continually provides his clients. He stayed in constant contact with his clients thru the enormous winter storm Texas had in February and constantly throughout this Covid 19 disaster. He is always directly available and extremely accommodating in time of need. You could not find better car insurance coverage than Bradey Kerley's Agency at Allstate Insurance in Addison!!
