Really enjoy the great coaching and always changing workouts. Great for anyone at any fitness level or age. 1 hour a day to feel better and think more clearly is the least you can do for yourself in these stressful time! OT is awesome!

I have never been a gym person but can do yoga or walk for hours. Finally decided to give Orangetheory a try and workout differently. It has been a great experience experience, the coaches and staff is great and I am seeing results as well..

I am excited to continue my journey with OTF! The staff are welcoming and engaging and listen enthusiastically when discussing fitness experience and goals. I felt supported and validated during my first class which helped with the default nervous feeling of trying something new. Can’t wait for my next class!

I love that there is so much variety in the workouts we do. I am a raging fan, going to the studio almost every day and I am never bored. The coaches are awesome and willing to help with your form and technique. To me, this is one of the huge benefits of belonging to the Orange Theory Fitness family versus going to a gym on my own. Working out with other members gives me more motivation to give my all and push myself to new levels. I like the challenges and the benchmarks OTF provides and the music is a treat.

I love the intense workouts and the results I am seeing. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I love Mallory and Zach! The coaching staff is great also!

Diana, Zach, Mallory, and Matt make this place feel like a workout home. The workouts will absolutely push you to the brink, but if you give it time your body will thank you. After a year or so of four workouts per week, my cardiac recovery is finely tuned and I can chest press with the 30’s. Thanks y’all!

I work out regularly but I myself like most other people, find myself settling into the same workout routine that I usually do or am most “comfortable” with. A coworker shared her experiences with me in regard to being an “Orange Theory” member, for the last year and highly recommended I give it a try. Needless to say, I went in the next day for a free class and I am so thankful I did! Not only was the entire staff welcoming and the other members/participants were friendly. But the workout was challenging and still up my alley of what I normally do that I signed up that same day! If you’re considering going, DO IT! Don’t wait any longer, don’t feel as though you’ll be pressured into signing up. If nothing else go try a class, get a workout in that will take you out of your comfort zone (you may surprise yourself at how much you’re able to keep up), and experience the hype/community that is “Orange Theory”!
