Jade Addison

I lived at Jade Addison for one year before moving out of Texas. Overall - I liked living here! The property is very lush, green, and there are always landscape teams year around keeping the property looking beautiful. The pool is usually pretty quiet and great to have in the summer. The location is also convenient, there's grocery store right across the street that you can walk to and plenty of shopping within a five minute drive.

My only two complaints were the lack of guest parking (which management has made improvements over the last year to address) and the heating and cooling being intermittent. The units themselves have been updated, but the bare-bones of the buildings are quite older. I found a floor fan in the summer and a space heater in the winter in my unit were necessary, which also meant a fairly high energy bill.

For the price and location, I felt the property met my expectations and would recommend living here for someone wanting a good starter apartment!

I truly appreciate you taking the time and answering my questions and going out of your way to assist me in even looking into sister apartment complexes near the area and even found a lovely playground that's walking distance for my kids and I near Jade. Will be moving into Jade soon and will update in 6+months. 10/10 recommend so far!

My fiancé and I are in the process of leasing an apartment here and the manager, Nicole, has been amazing and super helpful during the process! We looked at and toured multiple floor plans that were beautiful! The landscaping and activities offered look super fun and everything is very well maintained! We’re especially excited for the dog park for our little puppy! Thank you for all your help Nicole and we’re very excited to move in here!

I really have enjoyed living at Jade for the last 2 years. The office ladies Given and Letty are amazing and always there to help. The apartments are well kept and peaceful.

I’ve lived here for about 4 or 5 years. Here are a few of my takeaways:

Unit: nice, spacious, and updated. I work from home, so it’s a plus that the noise levels are low.

Property: always clean. Grass is cut seem like once a week.

Office: always clean. Office manager and assistant are very nice. Will address concerns in a timely manner.

Neighbors: will speak, hold conversations, and will look out for you. Others, are well….. need to keep the business that pays, to themselves (I do not need to hear what goes on in your house).

Area: everything I need is in a 5-10 mile radius.

Overall, I have enjoyed my time here.

THERE IS NO GENERAL OR VISITOR PARKING AND THEY WILL NOT SELL YOU A COVERED SPOT.

Find somewhere else to live.

*Make no mistake, they know what they’re doing. They know most tenants here have two cars. Don’t tell me ‘it’s bad because we haven’t been getting any feedback,’ that’s nonsense.
Plus: 10:30 pm on a Monday night and there are NO SPOTS AVAILABLE? I can’t be the only person who’s noticed this, and I can’t be the only one complaining.*

Awesome service by Leticia! Had my approval in less than 24 hours. Also very polite and explained all fees and costs without giving me the run around!

I only moved because i was transferred to work in Denton which is far but i would love to come back again and stay. The apartments are spacious and clean. The environment is quiet and central. Their response to maintenance requests is exceptional.
