We came in and was greeted by the whole staff....I point that out because now days good customer service is hard to come by but MARCO assisted us.....he answered every question we asked he let us know about the billing process he let us know about the product. 10 stars across the board I would definitely recommend going to this site for your services. Service was super speedy no hassling to buy more products. Everything went through with a breeze.

Thank you to the Manager for helping us out. Me and my wife where extremely happy with the service we got from there. there was a rude guest that was constantly making interruptions while we where trying to switch but the manager handled it very well. Im so happy that we were able to cut out cost way down from ATT. Thanks again for the great service!

Transferring service for a phone can always be a pain especially when you are having to deal with all of the nuances between the two carriers. Kim went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to keep our original phone number! She was so helpful and thoughtful to our situation. Super grateful for her and definitely recommend this T-mobile location for anyone needing service!

Worst customer service at this location. I needed a SIM card just upgraded 3 days ago so I needed a simple SIM card which doesn’t even take 5 minutes. Guy checking people in can usually do that. Not at this location. I’ve been waiting over 40 minutes.

Well, I am 57, and let's just say I am NOT proficient on my iPhone or know the ins and outs of the internet. I ran to T-mobile with my iphone due to not charging and having issues (due to me dropping it into the water). I was convinced I would be told I needed a new phone, but Marco Martinez worked and worked with me and my iphone trying to get this darn thing charging! I didn't think I would leave without making a huge purchase I couldn't afford. My phone is charging on a wireless charger and I happily purchased one!
I can't say enough about the two employees that were working 11/2/2022 Jeffery and Marco, professional, enduring, lighthearted and SO busy. I am happy to be a T-Mobile customer.
