When I went in looking to purchase a vehicle, I was hoping that I would deal with an honest broker. Not only can I fully say that Elvis and Juan at Auto World are honest, but I consider them friends after my buying experience. They went above and beyond to secure the exact type of car that I was looking for. Throughout the entire buying process, they were responsive to my questions and went above and beyond to remedy all my concerns. To anyone reading this post or considering buying from them, I say, “do it”— you will not find a better and more honorable group.

I have bought several cars from Elvis in the past he has always provided me with the best service, recently I bought a Mercedes GL from Juan he was very helpful. They have a great staff and always make sure their customers are happy. I have sent several of my friends to auto world and they have nothing but great things to say about these guys.

Very dissatisfied, this company is obviously shady because we purchased a vehicle and paid them and they received our vehicle on trade but has refused to send payoff after two months and without a title, JUAN is yet trying to sell the 2008 Chevy Suburban, crooked, crooked, company be aware

Went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle only to be scammed out of my deposit. We worked out a deal, the banks had closed so I needed to return to make a full purchase. After all the paper work had been printed & signed I figured it was normal practice to leave a deposit to secure our contract. The day passed I returned to purchase the vehicle from them to only be told they no longer wanted to move forward with the already signed contract and that my deposit WOULD be mailed to me. Of course I Never received it, I tried calling Juan- the only person there to speak to. And no answer. I went in person demanding my deposit and Juan insisted they and the owner already mailed it, but I never heard a word from the horses mouth. I ended up calling the police. To make a long story longer - this place is a scam. The BBB will be hearing. Save yourself the time and lawyers fees. STAY AWAY.

I just found out a good friend of ours went to this dealership recently and when a co-sign was not found, Auto World Motors of Addison refused to give the cash downpayment back! They gave all sorts of reasons why they were not going to give him back his down payment. I called a friend who owns a used car dealership in Texas and he said this company is crooked & should be taken to court! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!!! In looking at other reviews they have shafted others as well! Shame on them! I hope they lose their dealer license after they get reported!

NO STARS!!! DO NOT BUY from him!!!! We bought a Cadillac Escalade 2006 in March 2nd.. drove it home parked it.. and it did not crank when I when in to take my kids to school.. we hve not been able to drive it.. Unless we jumped it off daily.. this vehicle has more problems then he told us!!! We ask all the questions.. Juan said it works fine.. even pulled up the car fax... We drove almost 2hrs to his location with our young boys.. only to return home with a vehicle that we are struggle with now.. Problems with this car.. He put a new battery in when we were there.. didn’t think much of it.. & the Mexican guy in the garage said in Spainsh which I should of told my husband.. he said in Spanish.. they going to take it like that? & I looked at Juan as he is waving him off.. What did he mean by that & what did u forget to mention to us.. As of right now May 3, 2019. We have not receive our plates the paper tags when out May 1st, & we still haven’t got the rest of the paper work that he said was going to be mailed.. and don’t even bothering calling that number.. he dont answer at all!! And when u do get ahold of him he acts like he don’t know what the hell we talking about.. Juan you have my number and my husbands number call him back.. Cause if u call me I am not a nice person. Since I am the one that agree to take this vehicle.. when it rains the whole driver side is soaked and wet. That’s where the smell comes from.. it’s awful! & I had to jumped it off this morning to take my kids to school.. I am just hoping now that you see this review we will get a phone call.. You have the number so use it! 😡

I purchased a Buick Regal from here paid cash for the car my temp tag has been out for a little over a month contacted them was told they would email a new temp tag have yet to receive it I called a week before my tag went out have tried to contact them and phone rings once and goes to voicemail but u can’t leave a voicemail because it hasn’t been set up
