Initial dealings with this company were nice, easy to get in touch with and they were prompt in answering emails and phone calls. Once all financing details were complete, trade in price was greed on, Buyers order was complete, Credit check was done, the finance company had approved me for the loan, and we had scheduled a time for me to visit, test drive and close the deal, they emailed me and stated that someone else was looking at the vehicle which I was interested and that in fact the man was filling out paper work for financing. I was asked if I wanted to put a $500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit on the vehicle to secure it. Naturally I said NO and said the individual could have the vehicle and that I was no longer interested.

Naturally a company that is willing to put your credit on the line and pull a stunt like this deserves NO BUSINESS OF MINE.

I have no idea if they really had another interested party or not. Nor at this point do I care.

BUYERS BE WARE, pay attention to what dealers are capable of and protect yourselves. Don’t let them scare you in to something you are unsure of.

Everything ran smoothly until all papers were signed & cash exchanged. My boyfriend went in for test drive on a Saturday afternoon. After he left Ebony called him with approval & they talked down payments etc. Cole stayed late to accommodate us getting back to the office. Seemed real nice & caring.
But since purchasing our car almost 2 mos ago, we have not been able to reach ANYONE at the office. We have questions regarding his plates. We had an issue with some hoses. We have multiple messages & NO ONE has returned our call. I even left a message showing interest in a vehicle from their site....NOTHING. Makes us wonder if they've went out of business.

I understand their in the business of selling cars but you'd think they'd want their customers to have a great experience & tell people about them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!

This company is irresponsible. I purxhaed a vehicle in August 2015 and it broke down already with overheating issues within 90 days. Also I'm noticing the charging system weakining dimming lights on all electrical components, and shaking and shifting improperly when started and in drive. Horrible Horrible company to purchase a car. Been calling everyday for update on registration and plates and consistently get voice mail. Will be personally going back up there, filing complaint and any other legal action necessary to report a d put out of business. This is ludacris!!!!
