I purchased a 2015 BMW M4 Convertible from Ken Cotroneo and the experience from beginning to end was incredible. I have bought MANY cars in my time and I have no problem walking away from an unpleasant or pressure situation. You will not find that here! Ken and his staff treated my wife and I like family! What you see in their show room is hand picked and first class. Ken was very open and thorough with the history and condition of the car and I could not be more pleased. I needed to finance the car until i sold one of my others and they helped accommodate that quickly.
I left feeling like I have made a new friend. I'm sure I'll do business with them again.

Not your ordinary dealership! I would describe them as a White Glove service Boutique. I was very impressed the minute I walked in the door. I left a message online over the weekend and got a call Monday. By Friday I found time to go for a visit and they knew me by name as soon as I came inside and even had a folder on me. I was super impressed by the selection of cars. They have high quality cars that they handpick as cars they would drive themselves. So quality over quantity. They made the whole experience easy and as perfect as the car. The prices were extremely competitive. I was treated like family and the whole team was super professional. Best car buying experience I have ever had and definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new ride.

Ken and his team are hands down the best car buying experience I've ever been a part of. Extremely friendly, willing to answer any and all questions no matter how simple, and not pressuring in the slightest, they made the whole process easy. Not to mention their selection of absolutely immaculate cars... I purchased a 2015 BMW M235 that looks like a brand new car. Wonderful experience all around with a great group of people. First I want to say I generally don't do reviews unless the experience is extremely great or terrible. The experience with Ken and his dealership was absolutely great! I'm super picky, ask too many questions, have unreasonable expectations, and generally don't trust anyone I don't know well. However, from the first conversation I knew Ken was unique, in that he was real and genuine. He did what he said and said what he did, and in so doing earned my trust. His assistant Robert was equally helpful and honest. In fact, I felt so comfortable with these two I trusted to use their Viper expert Keith Laxson to inspect the car for me and he too was totally outstanding! The whole experience was a 10 out of 10 as is the car! They delivered on every promise and I highly recommend them. I will be back. They are a rare crew of outstanding folks in a world where it is getting so much harder to find people like them. To say Thank You to them hardly seems worthy of their efforts, help, patience, and follow through all of which made my purchase experience perfect. Thank you guys!

I do not know where to begin. This was hands down the best car buying experience ever! Ken and his staff handled every detail impeccably. The went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase and delivery. Every single step was easy, smooth, and hassle free. I was able to purchase my car entirely on the internet, sight unseen (other than photos). I was thrilled when my car arrived. It was immaculate and everything was just as described. These guys know how to find, advertise, and sell cars. My car came all the way to Tennessee from Texas! I highly recommend this dealership! Next time I need a car, I know where to look!

Ken is the man!! I bought a truck from him off of an AutoTrader ad, he was patient with all my questions, gave me a fair price on my trade in and made the switch super easy despite the fact that I'm in CA and he is in Texas. Overall I had a great experience and Ken was super responsive to calls and texts, I always felt like a valued customer.
